Some months ago I ordered confidence…

Some months ago I ordered confidence and protection pants. As far as my tracking is going they have been at Heathrow airport since 8th of May. I do keep emailing them weekly asking when I will receive them and every week they tell me 3 to 5 days. I have been very patient but they were on a slow boat from China for weeks. I have paid in full but still no knickers.

Beware

I did a Demo and the Presenter seemed nice. I never posted a job with them, as I had difficulty doing so. I did post through a "partner" site they were connected to on their website and ended it after the free trial as I had zero applicants. They had my credit card information. I was assured that I would not be charged. Then, I received reoccurring charges and had to cancel the credit card. I had trouble getting anyone on the phone with VIVAHR or their "partner" site to address this issue and was given the run around.

I would like to add that my credit card company said they finally issued a refund many months later.

VivaHR, the criminal spamming platform.

It is very rare I get spam in my Inbox these days, but thanks to VivaHR that is no longer a safe statement.

Somehow some company called "Grass" dropped an email in my Inbox with enough red flags to redirect an aircraft carrier. "Hi, congratulations, please click here -> [Dubious redirection link] <- and input your super special personal number and we have got just the GREATEST job waiting for you."

I'm not looking for a job, clearly I did not sign up for this, my address was appropriated from somewhere else. Ergo, GDPR compliance breach, which according to EU GDPR regulations is subject to a fine of either €10 million or 2% of annual global turnover, whichever is higher.

Their address is "candidate at mail.vivahr.com". I accessed vivahr.com as is best practice to scope out who I was dealing with, and I find a generic platform for HR mercenaries, selling their reputable domain name to any law-breaking cyber criminal with a sort code.

This email bypassed Gmail's radar because vivahr.com enabled it, so either VivaHR need to better vet their customers to mitigate criminal use of their powerful mass mailing software, or perhaps VivaHR are surreptitiously behind it themselves. Either way, it's unacceptable.

Perfect tool to hire more technicians

I was looking for a tool to help organize all of our job postings and candidates. I found this from a friend in my networking group who recommended it. Super glad I did the trial. It's been amazing and we have already had 80 technicians apply to our open jobs. Love this recruiting software!
