I absolutely love Vivaia shoes

I absolutely love Vivaia shoes and have recommended them to lots of family and friends. They are truly comfortable as well as stylish and I love that they are constantly putting out new styles. My only gripe is they don't have bigger discounts during sales - they are not enough to inspire me to buy a pair of shoes on umpulse - I'd prefer fewer Sales and bigger discounts when you do have them. Otherwise I'm thrilled - I have well over 10 pairs and they all stay looking terrific as I can wash them in the machine. Delivery has sped up over the years too, Well done Vivaia.

Never buying from this brand again because of trying to return shoes, I cannot wear

Those shoes look amazing, but when I tried them on, they were way too stiff and didn’t fit well at all. The real pain point is their return policy. It’s a hassle and I think it’s not professional. I paid over US$100.for these shoes, so I should be able to print a return label and send them back. But all the options they gave me were too complicated. The shoes are easy to buy, but hard to return. I’m definitely not buying another pair from this company or anything else from this brand.

Great store to buy

The shoes are amazing. Great quality, very elegant and very comfortable.
Customer service is just great. They always help you. Also, the delivery is very fast. I made my first purchase 2 years ago and it was good since then, still improving.

HORRIBLE COMPANY-customer service has…

HORRIBLE COMPANY-customer service has been a nightmare and they owe my money for my return. I call and there is no answer, even though they say they are open at 9 am PST. Responses by email come in at 3 am EST and do not address the problem. Emails say I have kept the "gift" which I have not. They charged me an extra $51 to get rid of a "membership fee" of $49 that somehow got tacked on-still saying the membership was not cancelled but happily stole my $51.

Easy to shop online - Great Shoes

Easy to shop online. Shoes are very comfortable. No rubbing, no blisters! Yay! The shoes are a bit expensive but I am glad I purchased. Although it takes longer to receive the shoes, it is worth the wait

My honest review

Pros
Item arrived quickly and packaged well

Inside of loafer is very comfy!

Shoes are expensive
I found the shoes to be too wide
They rubbed the back of my ankle which then bled a little and now I cannot send back or sell on, this is why I only score them a 3

Excellent products

I have several pairs of Vivaia shoes. They are great quality and super comfortable.
Wash well too without losing their shape.
Delivery is reasonably quick.

Beautiful and comfortable shoes

Beautiful and comfortable shoes! I have ordered a pair of beige pumps and they were my wedding shoes. I wore them for a good 12 hours strait, and i had no pain at all and i could move around comfortably! Can highly recommend them :)

Vivaia has the best customer support service I have ever seen in retail!
1. The quality of their shoes is excellent!!
Every email I have sent with any questions or concerns were responded to with genuine support and understanding and kindness. They very much have expressed a deep appreciation for me being a loyal customer. I have been a consumer my whole life but this customer service support at Vivaia exceeds exponentially!!
I love the company, I love my shoes and my little bows fir them and I love every customer service support representative that I have communicated with.
I am a very happy and proud customer of this amazing company and will continue to be! You want beautiful affordable comfortable shoes with the kindest customer support service you will get it here!!

Product returns NOT free for Switzerland

Customer service was incredibly kind and helpful, and they suggested some solutions to resolve the issue in the best possible way. The issue with returns still exists, as does the problem with shoe sizes not quite matching reality, BUT if you contact customer service, they will be more than happy to help!

I can’t really judge the product because, unfortunately, despite the size charts and measurements provided on the website, the shoes I received are a bit too small. The brand claims to offer free returns, but BEWARE: this is definitely NOT true for SWITZERLAND. Only AFTER completing the return and exchange process does the brand inform you that shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and that only $30 will be refunded to a PayPal account—which not everyone has or uses. The return must be sent to China via Swiss Post at a cost of 55 CHF or to the Czech Republic for 40 CHF. In both cases, however, the shipping cost refund is only partial and always made to a PayPal account. Customer service is fairly polite and moderately quick to respond, but they never offered, for example, a pre-paid shipping label as is done for other European countries. It’s truly ridiculous and a real shame that returns are falsely advertised as free (when they clearly aren’t), while there are far inferior Chinese brands that offer this service without any trouble at all. So, Swiss customers, think twice before making a purchase unless you’re 100% sure of the size you’re buying!

Very inconvenient and non-transparent return policy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the 'premium' image the brand tries to project, the return process is a complete nightmare.
Hidden high costs: I had to pay 24.01 EUR out of my own pocket to ship the item to their warehouse in the Czech Republic.
The PayPal trap: Even though they offer to cover up to 30 USD for shipping, they strictly demand a PayPal account for the refund. Since I do not have a PayPal account, I am now in the process of requesting this refund to my original payment method. A brand with this price point should offer more flexible and customer-friendly refund solutions from the start.
Poor fit: The shoes are extremely narrow and caused significant pain (extreme lateral pressure).
I hope the brand takes this feedback seriously and provides a solution that doesn't force customers to use third-party payment platforms. A brand that claims to be modern and sustainable should not have such an archaic, expensive, and customer-unfriendly return policy.

I ordered a size 7 I was sent a 7.5 They said the 7.5 is a size 7. It is not as it is large on me. They said 7.5 is a european size and a size 7 in usa. I want a refund I am seeing they take alot of a discount for a return Anyone else have this issue I am waiting for a label to see what happens next

Don't expect a quick refund

The sizing is huge so I returned my order. I paid with PayPal so according to Vivaia's website, should have received my refund within 3 days. 18 days later I was still without a refund which I had to chase for.
