After a hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic, Viva La Noche is now set for a revival, backed by A&I Hospitality. You will laugh a lot

Matt was hysterical throughout the sushi making process. Even though our rolls didn’t come out as good as his, we laughed the entire time. The experience was super interactive and informative. We had a blast and the sushi tasted great!

So much fun!!! 5 stars

Matt is the best!!! He definitely made this experience great as someone who loves sushi but is not great in making food much less trying to attempt sushi for the first time LOL. He was so kind and patient with everyone here, cracking jokes the whole time, and made this such a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience! They came out set everything up, they were on time and prompt, they were interacting with our guests & were very entertaining. I highly recommend them for any party or events you may have in the future! It was a wonderful time & my guests haven’t stopped talking about it😁
