Update the team at Vivian contacted me regarding my review, I sent them the details of my order and the confirmed that this was not an order that had gone through them but a copy at site, they’ve resolved my issue and sent me a trial if the real products which was totally unexpected and I’m incredibly grateful to them for this as I was really looking forward to trying the product after reading all the positive reviews!

I am coming into my third month of taking NMN and I will say it has made a difference to my energy levels. I will continue taking them as I feel it is making a difference.

The 2 star review is given for the product and its effect (or lack of) for me. Initially I ordered one month trial, was then contacted just before the month end offering a discount if I ordered some more. I wrote back advising that I had been taking them daily and hadn’t noticed any changes at all to my energy, focus or well being. They advised that I should try taking 2 capsules a day and would offer me a bigger discount - as I was hopeful for change I bought into it. After this 2nd month I have still not experienced any changes or improvements. I mistakenly thought that the 100 day money back guarantee was for if the product wasn’t suitable or didn’t work for you. There is a 100 day money back guarantee but you have to return the items as new (sealed & unused). However I must say that their customer service support has always been very prompt, professional and friendly.

The best customer service. They listen to you, respond quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. They explain everything. I cannot remember the exact date of our emails but probably between September 10th to 13th. Best customer ever.

Issues with Delivery and Communication. Poor customer service experience.
