Order was split into 3 boxes, which is ok. 2 of the boxes were delivered by 1 company, the other by another company, so it could have been more inconvenient for us

The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. 10% reduction helps a lot. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the goods which is why it's not top marks, but I guess the inclement weather meant a lot more orders - I feed all year round regardless of weather. I like the new 20Kg sacks which mean I don't have to order so frequently.
