Everything was perfect...the manager was very kind and available for any eventuality. I highly recommend him for any rental.

I had a very positive experience with Vivarent in Naples.
Communication before arrival was clear and responsive. The after-hours airport pick-up was well organized and easy to follow.
During check-out, the staff inspected the car very carefully. A small scratch was found on the rear door, and although I was charged according to the damage policy, the staff explained the procedure clearly and professionally. They provided complete documentation needed for my insurance claim without any hesitation.
Thanks to their clear paperwork and cooperation, my insurance reimbursement was processed quickly.
Overall, very professional service, transparent procedures, and helpful staff.

VIVARENT CAR HIRE FEBRUARY 2026

Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. We were picked up right outside the airport and driven to the car hire office, which was approximately a five-minute drive. The paperwork at both pick-up and return was handled efficiently with no problems at all. The car was clean and in very good condition when we picked it up. Overall, a straightforward and hassle-free experience. I will certainly use them again. Thank you Vivarent.

I rented a Fiat Panda from Lane Car Rental for a beautiful day with my girlfriend and I am happy to have trusted Vivarent. The car was perfectly clean and in good condition and I returned it just as well.

Good location, personel are good at english, their insurance was offered but not pushed.
Got a new Panda with only 3000km on it, smooth sailing.
No problems with them trying to scam with non-existant damage like other places seem to do according to reviews, but took a lot of pictures from every angle before and after.

Very efficient, the car was clean, the paperwork was minimal and well handled. Francesco was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use Vivarent’s again.

These guys are awesome! I had booked with another company that turned out to be a sham operation called add-car. These guys got me on the road on an upgraded vehicle, free snow chains, and free insurance. The people at the counter were nice, professional, and did their best to improve my experience. I’d recommend vivarent with a 10/10 score.

VERY HAPPY, after a multiple bad experiences with other vendors. SIXT blatantly double charged us and RecordGo demanded an international drivers license, although it is not actually needed when your license using normal alphabet characters. I travel 2-3 times a year to Italy and never had that issue.
We walked into Vivarent and asked if they had any available vehicles. The representative said they are down to the last vehicle, a Fiat Panda. I was out of options, but it turned out to be the perfect car for our needs. The weather was bad, snow in the mountains and rain in the valleys. We were passed at speed by high performance machines, only to later pass them when they could not gain traction.
Feeling the Italian vibe in our fun Italian machine.
I will absolutely come to these folks again.

Giorgio explained us everything, since we didn't have credit card, how it works with the debit. What would be the deposit etc. Showed as the car, explained other details and everything was done in like 15 min. Smooth and fast. Thank you.

Discovering Vivarent in Cassino has been such a find for my family who visit several times a year. It's a wholly different experience with simple pick up and drop off and superb staff who really make you feel looked after. Lavinia was an absolute star in helping us with the rental and providing me with photocopies of my ID after my purse was stolen in Rome. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm about to book for the third time.

We had booked a rental through discovercars.com for VivaRent in Italy with what we thought was a good price and a suitable mid-size vehicle. At the time we had arranged for pick up, they told us they did not have any cars available and would not until several hours later. We had put in our flight number with arrival time, but in their records they had us down for picking up much later that evening. To be clear, at no point did I enter the arrival time that they had down for us. We had a long drive to reach our destination, so waiting was not an option and because the rental office was offsite from the airport, we were left in a bind. The VivaRent agent was rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. We ended up needing to book through another company nearby, but that cost us more than triple the original price we booked online. Never use this company under any circumstances.
