Love my new shoes. They are comfortable and great looking. Easy to dress up or dress down an outfit. I'm shopping for a pair of their sandals now. Love that they have so many views of their shoes and the different colors.
I posted here that I was unhappy with being charged for a return when the ordering site did not show the ways that a return would be processed. Full price a credit note, exchange a free return but just a return without a new order a charge. I today received an email that I had been refunded full price. If three shoes, though nice, did not fit I saw no point in trying again. So well done and thank you to both Trust Pilot and Vivaria
I received the raincoat from Vivi Mari as a gift over Christmas. It's way too big and doesn't hang properly as it does as advertised. The customer service is very very poor.
I'm not allowed to return it as there is a 14 day window in which the item has to be returned since it was bought. I have no comeback because I didn't buy it for myself and missed the 14 day return policy. There should be something in place for Christmas returns.

As I am vegetarian, this brand of footwear made it perfect for what I believe. Nothing made from animal product. Besides there are manufactured with recyclable material. Saving the earth and mankind. The shoes are comfortable and easy to maintain as it is machine washable. It does not compromise the fashion and stylish appearances. Great, I love the concept and the footwear, of course.
The Vivaia.com website is easy to navigate with lots of photos of their products. Ordering was simple and delivery on time. I love my new shoes!
