I ordered two frames, one for a swimming medal and one for a signed shirt from my son's recent performance representing TeamGB at the European Youth Olympics in Slovenia. Both frames are of excellent quality, we got the taller medal frame so it would also show the wording on the ribbon and a shirt frame in silver to match the medal. It was relatively easy to put together and work out the order of frame, mounting card, backing card, etc, to create a truly stunning effect. Postage was fast and well wrapped so everything arrived as expected. Thanks Vivarti, you've helped make our memories more special and we will be back when we win a few more medals!

I received my frame super quick but on assembly noticed the Perspex was damaged. I sent an email with a picture and got a reply back straight away and a new piece was sent out which was perfect and the shirt looks fab in the frame.

Stickers to mount shirts are just cheap office stickers, don’t hold anything and took ages to install, fiddling with cheap stickers that fall off after a few seconds! Frame was nice, mounting is DREADFUL

When the package arrived it had been damaged in transit. I rang the company and a replacement was dispatched straight away and received the next day. Great service
