The app itself is great. Coupled with the glucose monitor it is excellent. Just note that it is a subscription model that you have to opt out of, if you don't, it will deduct money from your account.... See more

The app is fantastic. So informative. The Ask Zia feature has been really inciteful. I've learnt so much in just a few short weeks

The app is weak in recording nutrition and exercise, workouts, saunas, meditation, breathing, etc.
It's great that it can connect with Fitbit, but it would be even better if it could connect with Whoop, Myfitnesspal, and other apps so that these weaknesses could be supported through the other specialised apps.

Unit stopped working after 8 hours on arm. Prior to that, had to rescan numerous times and had missing periods of monitoring . Tried to call for assistance, no number. Tried online chat through app and went to a third party unrelated app which was just a waste of time! .Sent an email and only received a AI standard response. Over 24 hours later no response or assistance from anyone.
Update almost 2 months later and still no replacement or refund despite assurances it would be looked at!

Great tool to track how food impact your glucose levels, it provides lots of insights about your habits, making easier to implement better choices in food, exercise, sleep, etc.
The app has a great dietary support team and webinars every two weeks where you can address questions directly with the team.

It was enlightening to see my blood glucose reactions to different foods. Now I know what to focus on and what to avoid in my diet for optimal sugar balance and general health.

Impossible to stop payments after notified that don't want to use them. They are still keep using your card/account for months despite 5 (five) requests to stop it.
Once you notify them that want to stop - they disable your online account, so, you can't log in and do the changes.
Please, report them if experience the same and let others know not to give them any of your payments

As others mentioned - customer service is zero. I signed up for 1 sensor usage which ended sometime ago. Then out of nowhere they have set up an auto renew $39 fee which I never authorised. Countless emails have not been responded too, or just plain ignored, forcing me to try and sort a chargeback through the credit card company. Steer clear - it is just a freestyle libre sensor anyway, can get the same thing for a fraction of the price and use the freestyle app.

I found the insights into what foods and also my exercise timings affected my readings are priceless.

Life changing! I’ve changed my diet and lifestyle due to this. The objective and clear data doesn’t lie - it tells you exactly what works well and doesn’t. I wish I’d done this sooner. Best thing I’ve done in years! Thank you.
This company is the absolute worst. Do not waste your money here. They have ZERO customer support—I've written at least 10 emails over the last few weeks, and every one has gone unanswered. They set up auto-billing without my permission, and to make things worse, they never even sent the product. It’s like they took my money and ran. If you value your time and money, stay away from this company. Total scam—save yourself the headache!

Excellent support (well worth paying the extra to get Charlotte's dietary advice!). For me the only negative was that the Abbott Freestyle CGM used (2023) gave readings consistently higher than finger prick readings (which are always going to be more accurate as they are blood readings rather than interstitial fluid readings). Seeing the trends was still useful, but all of the ratings and advice from the app didn't apply to me as they were based on the wrong readings. Maybe Abbott have improved their monitors, I'm planning on trying again in a few months.

It’s so easy to use and I love that you can request a report so that you can show your GP or health professional. When combining the app with the continuous glucose monitoring the instant feedback is brilliant.
I am really impressed with Vively, the app and the CGM.
Things I'd like to be able to do is be able to record home made meals in the app and be able to share my tracked results with someone else. The CGM was so well stuck on my arm that day 14 was quite the performance to remove it. I would definitely recommend Vively to track metabolic health.
The Vively app is quite comprehensive with a good amount of input and feedback.
The app is great for diabetics or someone who is interested in their health and is easy to use.
I used it to give me information on how my body reacts to sleep, food and exercise in my environment.
Overall a very positive experience.
I will use the app again with another chip in the future.

Vively is a helpful tool when dealing with glucose levels and wanting to see in 'realtime' how different foods, drinks and situations affect your blood sugar levels. Sadly, I bought a second sensor and they didn't supply a patch... They told me to save 'cost', so, I've had to create my own patch. When buying a second sensor, make sure you order a patch otherwise it won't be protected and last the 14days. Furthermore, when I made contact with them via email it took 10days to resolve a simple issue. They apologized & owned it but it didn't instill confidence in me. A good product but very average customer service.

Highly informative and useful. Very relevant to my practice. Thank you!

Really enjoying Vively and the insights I am getting so far about my blood glucose levels. It’s been helpful to see what impacts different meals have as well as exercises and other activities.
Note this is really only useful when you have a sensor - for me 2 weeks was not enough, so I invested in a few more sensors to keep going for 2 months.
Hoping that one day you can expand to monitor other things… like hormone levels!

It makes me accountable for what and how I eat in order to keep my blood sugars stable, how much your body reacts to exercise and what works for me.
