Interested to join legal action

I share all the negative comments. Now the page is 'under maintenance'. This company has become a fraudulent operation. I would be interested in joining a legal action to hold the criminals responsible.

Money stuck (not being repaid)

Money is stuck in the platform, and loans are overdue or being extended. What is a buyback guarantee when one can extend a loan indefinitely? It is just theft of money. And even when there is a balance left it will be eaten up by the newly introduced monthly fees.

My last withdrawal didn't even come…

My last withdrawal didn't even come through. The support is not responding. Seems like they decided that the money they stole through Atlantis Financiers wasn't enough so they scammed us out of the rest. Will be joining a lawsuit.

Thieves.

Thieves.
They are returning "funds in transits" in small amounts each month (
They imposed a withdrawal fee of 1.5€ and a maintenance fee of 10%
So everything they end up returning to you pennies at a time, they take back

It started just fine

It started just fine, it ended in tears. I could not believe it was just scam. The biggest Zopa shut down to the p2p lending also, because of dodgy companies out there..a risk even if they are supposed to be ring fenced. My only hope is that the responsible behind this is going to pay one day for the treatment he gave to investors...

Very bad company

Very bad company, even not worth the 1 star.owns one of the loan originators (Atlantis) and gave it a credit of A+.
After a while of no repaying, lowering the credit rate and going into default. Now selling the loans and being able to pay a fractional part back of the principle amount (not even thinking on the interest).

BIG SCAM

Total piece of BS

Total piece of BS. Would have given 0 stars.

They take so-called recovery fees and don't respond when asked about the detalization of late payments.

I am reporting them to Latvian authorities (police and tax authorities)

Absurd and unreasonably high costs.

Absurd and unreasonably high costs.
Was okay for some years but since a couple of months, they just decided to take any cash that is left in your account at the end of the month (up to 100€), which is absolutely absurd for any kind of financial service...

The end it seems just a scam now

The end it seems just a scam now. Tried to make a withdrawl on Monday now Friday not arrived in my bank account looks like rather than just charging 100 euro per month or 10% fee per month they have now just decided to keep everything.
