The quality of the work and customer service were great! However, I encountered an issue where the files I sent were overlooked, and old files were included in the final design. As a result, I missed a small mistake that cost me to fix. I believe this was a shared responsibility, but they charged me the full amount based on the quote, even though they were offering a 50% discount. This was disappointing because I run a business, and when I make a mistake, I always do my best to correct it for my customers. I believe it’s important for potential customers to be aware of this costly mistake and the letdown I experienced.

I didn't have a very good experience unfortunately. This company kept trying to add extra charges despite already giving me a quote and made up figures that they couldn't justify. When I continued to question them on this they just decided to ignore my email. They wasted a lot of my time which is quite bad. I felt they were dishonest.
