I am a Radiologic Technologist.
The first complaint may not be their fault, but I am going to list it anyway.
The profession is Radiologic Technologist, not radiology technician, or radiology technologist; both of which are what they use instead of the one correct Radiologic Technologist.
The main problem is they cannot filter correctly for the profession. Radiologic Technologist is the base or entry level of the many branches of radiologic sciences that one can specialize in (MRI, CT, Cath lab, IR, Sonography etc). Hospitals still hire base radiologic technologists, however for basic diagnostic OR and the ED.
I have chosen to stay at the base level and not bother going into any of the "higher" branches. When I search for my profession, I have to sift all of the other branches in my search results and manually filter out all of the CT, IR, Cath lab, jobs. This is what a computer should be able to do. And the only reason I can think of is they do not care.
On top of that companies post jobs as Radiology Technologist that are really looking for a secondary license or skillset such as CT etc. On top of that then Companies are constantly leaving old jobs that are no longer available.
Vivian gives no way to report directly any job posting in any effective efficient way. You have to apply for the job and then report it. There should be a hide or report button directly.
In the least it should be possible to hide postings you are not interested in so they will not show up, or block companies.
Computers were invented for categorization and filtering information.
Now they have some stupid AI that somehow cannot understand what your profession is, something that should be very simple if any programmer would bother to program it.
You set criteria and yet Vivian allows recruiters to message you with lowball offers. Why can't the AI go ahead and assist me and tell them I would not be interested since I have criteria set in the system?

Honestly, your job postings are never accurate and you blame it on the posters but never do any quality control. Also, since I’ve started using you guys, my info has been sold and my data given to dozens of unknown and small travel companies that keep sending me shitty job postings and offers that are not even in my field.

I found myself unemployed so a friend turned me on to Vivian. Within an hour I had completed my profile and was submitted to three jobs of my choice. Within 48 hours I was made an offer and obtained the job of my choice!

Many choices and many agencies give me freedom to go anywhere and make my own choices.

I love to go through Vivian now that I am traveling again. It makes my job search very easy.

I've worked as a travel nurse for almost two decades. This agency still texts me, several times a day sometimes, with job openings, even though I've been retired for quite a few years. I have texted back "STOP," "Retired," "No longer have a nursing license," and "Remove my information from your contact list." All to no avail. I think I've blocked about 30 phone numbers from Vivian Health now. Very frustrating, and makes me grateful that I've never taken a contract with them, as nobody has followed through with my many requests. This makes me think they would fail to follow through with other communications as well!

Duplicate jobs but facilities not listed in every listing

The company is a good source for travel positions . Have had no issues getting one. Only issues is the pay it’s going much lower than before.

I enjoyed the ease of use, variety all on one page, that way you can choose more than one job in a completely different part of the United States.

One of the Worst Hospitals in the Country Dont come here unless you have a death wish.
