I Couldn’t have been more grateful!

I Couldn’t have been more grateful!
I have been living with no lights for over a week and was ripped off by a scammer electrician.
Vivid design and build were so professional, they could have left to be fair after looking at the state of my fuse board, but no, he isolated the problem within no time. I now have lights!
As a single mom and being ripped off already - I can vouch for this one!

Brilliant Service!

Brilliant Service! A gentleman from Vivid Design and Build Ltd attended my property on Thursday evening to a home insurance emergency for a water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and extremely polite. Job sorted in a very short time and he also gave me advice to ensure such a problem never happens again. Full marks, would highly recommend him and the company to anyone. Many thanks for all your help.

Definitely recommend

Very pleased with service and advice provided by Amar. We had an emergency and Amar attended in the evening and assessed and advised best way forward. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. Would 100% recommend Amar to anyone with any electric issues.

Amar was just superb

Amar was just superb. He was so friendly and re-assuring. Replaced the burned out wiring and mains switch and restored the power within an hour. We couldn't be happier to be back on supply after 24 hours without any power. Thanks so much Amar!

First class attention.

Had an emergency.Vivid were prompt and efficient. Everything in the process was explained fully at all stages and I was walked through the procedure and it was described what needed to be done. I had every confidence in the gentleman and he was polite and approachable. The problem was resolved successfully.
I would definitely recommend vivid.

Amar Chagger of Vivid Design & Build Ltd

Amar Chagger of Vivid Design & Build Ltd came out to us on Thursday 6/10/2022 within the allocated time slot given. We had been having problems with our electricity constantly tripping out.
Amar was very professional and polite in understanding our issues.
He gave us a lot of advice and assistance into what was causing our electric sockets to keeping tripping out, as we were not covered for intermittent electrical faults on our policy.
He also fixed one of our sockets too which was outside his original purpose of his call.
We would strongly recommend Amar.

I enlisted this SCAM company as felt they seemed professional upon meeting Amar. To my horror he had billed me an extra hour of work which had not taken place. ACTUAL Arrival time at 12:50pm and finished the job at 2pm. So, in his infinite wisdom, he then took his time putting his tools away for 20 minutes and charged me for the pleasure of this - outrageous! He wrote on his timesheet 12:30 to 14:50pm - pure fabrication! I might add there are cameras to verify this!

The plumber insists upon you signing a disclaimer and then rudely insisted my tenants to the same as soon as he walked through the door no explanation but shoved in their faces. Unbeknown to them he stated incorrect time of arrival and departure and then hands me a different one, as such thought he could charge me for extra time he hadn’t spent on the job!

If you are looking for transparency, integrity professionalism and value for money - this is not the company!

He then calls my tenant and asks why she is lying? Is this professional behaviour? If he calls her again I shall report him for harassment!

In response to your reply - no video footage was ever sent! I am not one to shirk my responsibility if I receive an invoice I pay it in full however, I and the tenants have the right to dispute your claims and the onus is on you to provide evidence of your time spent and none of this has materialised. That’s how complaints are managed and at no time have you attempted to resolve with the supposed evidence you have!

Western Power it was their job to investigate NOT YOU - delay tactic on your part nothing more!

I am sorry you feel this way, I believe we have gone above and beyond for you on your job. If you would like to submit your camera footage and apparent fraudulent job sheet that your tenant signed, we can check it against our carbon copy, that also has tenant's signature.

Please forward this information to info@vivid-db.com

As you agreed, via the signed disclaimer and works order, we advised that the tenant would need to sign when we arrived, which you were meant to make them aware of prior to our arrival, as stated on disclaimer document, that you signed. This is because you as the policy holder were not onsite, and this is to verify times and to have any trace and access carried out without you being present.

You can see that her signature is above the arrival time of 12:30 in site notes section. This is to avoid issues like this. I also have dash cam footage, van GPS tracker logs showing location and engine on/off times at your address, phone call logs and text messages to both you and tenant showing the job had started at 12:30. In fact, I arrived at 12:25 but had to call your tenant at 12:28 for her to open to door.
Again, all my documents and footage will prove this which I am happy to forward to you, but please, check it against your cameras.

I text you at 14:50pm when I left which was at the same time as Western Power engineers left site. I have also requested their job sheet showing on/off times.
I am not sure how you think I left at 2pm as the last video I have was taken at 14:30.

You pay for my time, expertise and knowledge on a job, this includes packing and tidying up, collecting/fitting parts, and arranging for western power to come out to your property, as discussed with you so that your main electrical cut out can be checked after your leak.

Thanks for your payment that was paid in full. If you have any further questions, please send them along with the camera footage. Take care.

Emergency call out for total electrical failure

I called them out as an emergency as all the electrics in the house had tripped and there was obviously a fault.
They were pretty prompt in their response. Kept me informed all the way. Extremely professional and very helpful. Traced the fault and isolated the problem, leaving me with only one the conservatory sockets not working. Brilliant service and really went that extra mile for me.

Emergency Home Response to Electrical Failure

Amar attended my home due to electrical failure and carried out a thorough test and check on all home sockets to isolate the cause of the failure. He kept us informed as he worked and had a competent and professional manner in dealing with our questions.
I would not hesitate to use his services in future when needed.

Highly recommend Amar

I cannot recommend Amar enough. He came on time, checked my electrics, found the fault and resolved the issue in record time. He was neat and tidy and checked all was working before he left. Very professional and polite. Everything is now as it should be and now I will only be using Amar and his team for any works that I require in my home.I am very impressed. Brilliant service provided

Amar came out promptly following a leak from the water taken in the loft. Amar stopped the leak and also advised the ball cock should be considered to be replaced which Amar completed.
Amar is a very pleasant person, brilliant customer service skills, very helpful and expert knowledge on a number of plumbing issues I enquired about. If every tradesperson was like Amar there would never be any problems. Thank you Amar.

After experiencing a power outage to my…

After experiencing a power outage to my Koi Pond’s filtration system I called my emergency repair service who engaged Vivid Designand build LTD to diagnose and fix the issue.

Amar meticulously went through each component of the filtration system and until he successfully pin pointed the fault - He then went ahead and isolated the fault so that power could be restored.

All the work was completed after midnight and can’t recommend Amar enough for having the energy and patience to be able to come out so late and not leave until we were satisfied that everything was working properly.

One of the best companies I've had…

One of the best companies I've had experience with, they are professional and most Importantly know what they are doing. The guy is a gem he instantly found the problem and fixed it even though I was struggling to explain the issue. I will Definitely recommend 👌 them to friends and family and anyone facing issues with plumbing and electrics.
