Great experience , no issues at all and would definitely recommend

orders retainers did mould and posted them in June 2021 . no retainers arrived. emailed and they had posted them to wrong addresss by mistake. did not receive. 10/11/21 emailed again and they apologised and said they would send them straight away. no retainer and its now march 2022 and no refund - DO NOT USE!

I recieved moulds for retainers, I asked company for a refund as they didn't fit. That was back in November and I still haven't heard anything from them I do not believe this company exists and should be investigated. There is no contact number and e. Ail address doesn't appear to work

The first set of retainers I received were poor quality and did not fit properly, they were difficult to put on and then extremely difficult to get off. I told them this, so they sent me another kit to make new impressions. I have since been unable to contact them and their website is down so I think I've just lost that £50.

No retainers and no refund as they appear to have gone bust!

I ordered a retainer and unfortunately, whilst it was OK, it wasn't quite right for my mouth. They offered me to start the process again i.e. send me a new impression kit or to return the item for a full refund. I opted for the return. I returned the item before Christmas in 2021. It is the beginning of February 2022 now and I do not have my refund. I am very concerned because not only have their customer services stopped responding to me, their website has been 'under maintenance' for a rather long time now. Have I just thrown away a £50.00? Unfortunately, I am beginning to think so.....

Wanted a new bottom retainer. Messaged them prior as had already been given impressions from my ortho when I completed my braces, they said I could send this instead of having to use their impression kit- so on this deal I purchased.
I then recieved an impression kit, thought ok must just be routine and someone from a different department must have sent it (even though I had put the note on my order that I would be sending them my own impressions. And sent them recorded delivery I did.
Emailed to tell them this and they said yes that’s fine etc etc, waited some time still no retainer… emailed, their reply ‘it has been sent this morning.
Waited again and NOTHING.
Asked them to send my money and impressions back, they refunded but still no impressions and now no replies!! This happened in November.
I don’t think it’s a scam as such because there were some good reviews. It’s just a terrible lazy careless company. Pay the extra and go local, save yourself the hassle.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered my retainers months ago and didn't receive anything at all after a promise on their website that they'll come in 2 weeks. I emailed them so many times and had absolutely no response. Not one. After getting no response and still not seeing retainers I emailed them threatening to take it further and finally got a response that said they'd send them out the next day. The next day came- suprise NOTHING. About 3 weeks later I reviewed something, ONE RETAINER after ORDERING TWO, and it came so much weaker and thinner than an orthodontists one when ID PAID EXTRA FOR THICKER RETAINERS. absolutely ridiculous. This place is not a retainer company it is a scam company and it hasn't only happened to me it happened to my friend too. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DON'T ORDER FROM VIVIDENT.

Retainer does not fit, emails are not replied to, website is down and emails are now bouncing back!

I recieved my retainers in November but was disappointed with both retainers as it did not fit perfectly around the teeth. Top retainer was half its size so I emailed the company for a full refund and was told to post back with return label provided. It’s has been 2 mths, still have not got my refund nor areply to my 2 emails. Getting automated mail of higher volume etc. I guess from reading rest of the reviews - this company is a scam …

several months ago I contracted with vivident, I received the material to make my impression and I was able to send it back at no cost I received by mail a notification that my retainer was on its way more than a month has passed and I still have not received it, I try to contact them but there is no contact number and the official page appears as out of service. Anyone who can help me?

I ordered a bottom retainer. I received a kit in a week which seemed okay. It was simple enough to follow the instructions and create the mould.
I returned it using their own box and label and then didn't hear anything further. After a month I chased them and they said they hadn't received it. Of course it can happen that something goes missing in the post but given how many reviewers refer to the same thing happening I must say I'm a bit suspicious. I also would have expected them to send an email saying we haven't received your mould and is everything okay kind of thing.
They did offer me a refund but I opted to try again since I really did need the retainer. I received the second kit a week later. The contents was a bit different to the first one, better I would say. After another month, I was about to chase them again when the retainer did indeed turn up. Again, they hadn't confirmed they'd received the mould. In fact, I didn't hear anything at all from them after I sent it back and the retainer itself just came in an envelope with no information or anything at all.
The retainer looks very flimsy and bears no resemblance to the one I previously had. I'm willing to believe that in the time that has passed materials have improved and become lighter but I wouldn't be surprised if it cracked pretty quickly. I've only worn it once so far so can't say. It doesn't fit very well though. Whilst it's okay on the molars, above the front teeth there's a 2mm or so gap.
Their website is down and has been down for a while now which doesn't seem like a good sign. I wonder if they're struggling or going out of business or something. For now, I'm going to try and keep an open mind and see how long the retainer lasts.

SCAM! Absolutely Terrible. Took 2 months to finally receive my retainers which did not fit at all and not to mention terrible quality. Retainers were bendable, could basically break if you tried to. Super low plastic quality, defeating its very purpose. Tried reaching out to Vivident, their website is down and kept receiving automated replies. Sent back the item for a refund and was refused. FUMING!!!!

No response...just loose £40 :( Scammers everywhere in England...police not doing nothing...

I have purchased from Vivident multiple times within the year. They have been good, communication can take time, but they do respond. The first time I ordered it was for a thick bottom set. They give you 3 free tries with the impressions before you can a charge, which is fair to be honest. I got it right on the 3rd Impression. Communication was great. It wasn't 100% fit, there was a tiny bit of movement of the retainer itself at the front, regardless I have been wearing them for most of the year and my teeth have not moved. The second time was for a thick top set. I wasn't overly happy with the 1st set because it was like they shaved off the top half of the retainer, it didn't reach the gum line and only went halfway up my teeth. The 2nd impression didn't fit at all. I got too frustrated, so I asked for a refund rather than keep trying. I have worn the 1st set to see if it will hold (as my only other top set has cracked and has holes in from continuous use) but there is slight movement in the top front tooth where it is starting to turn, so I might have to try Biite instead. At this point (from mid December) I have not heard anything at all. The website is down and no one is answering emails any more. I wonder if the company has gone bust or is on a hiatus?

Placed an order on the 9th November which was delivered on the 16th (delivery time was advertised as 3 working days)
Because of the delay in receiving the order, I was not in the country so I requested the returns process.
The package was returned using the returns label on the 18th of November.
I have heard nothing since, no response and no refund. I have contacted Vivident several times with zero response apart from an automated email reply.

The website is currently down and I can't help but wonder if this is just a big scam.

UPDATE: the email address is no longer available sent them an email today (6/1/22) and my email bounced back with: Address not found

Would give this s**t company a very wide berth that's if they have not gone bust already, very strange to ask for a refund for really badly made retainers in fact there were 2 sets of impressions in lower retainer so it did not fit. Went to get a full refund as I paid £89.98 low and behold the Facebook account has disappeared and the website is not working and there is no contact number, have sent them 4 emails for a refund only to get email's back to say "they have a high volume of email's". So if you are reading this vivident expect a response from my bank as I have not had one from yourselves and your customer service is CRAP.
I bet you don't expect high volume of email's when you are taking people's money.
So please do expect to be contacted by my bank

My son was lucky enough to get his orthodontic treatment on the NHS; so far so good, but I was disappointed to find out that a replacement retainer (top and bottom) would set me back £300-350.
I did research regarding the materials used and companies offering online services before finding Vivadent. I won't lie I was dubious about ordering online for something this important but I can't recommend Vivadent highly enough.
We messed up his first and second impression kit (our fault) and they sent replacements, quickly, free of charge and without fuss. They responded to my emails within 24 hours and were reassuring and polite.
My son is thrilled with his new retainers that are a perfect fit and I have saved £250 approx!
Very impressed and recommend Vivadent to avoid exorbitant orthodontic fees.

I thought I’d write to try and bring a little reassurance to people who have ordered. after seeing these reviews, the website being down and no response to an email, I thought I wouldn’t be receiving my retainer. However 1 week after sending my impressions, my retainer arrived and is a perfect fit! Great service!
