If they had a negative star review I would give that to them. Took 2 months to get a piece of crap car that I could have bought at Wal-Mart cheaper than bought and the return policy is a freaking joke. I would never buy anything from them again and would never suggest anyone to buy anything from them

This company should not be trusted and I am not surprised at the rating star that they have. I ordered what was advertised as a gas powered remote controlled Dodge Challenger SRT 1/5 scale. What I actually received was a pull back and let go action Dodge Challenger maybe 1/24 scale. Which in no way what I saw advertised or that I ordered. Now the gift that was suppose to go to a family member is now sitting in my damn garage in the box it was delivered in. Due to the fact it took so long getting to me in the first place being Christmas has been past now for almost 2 weeks now I had to get another gift and rush delivery to at least give them an enjoyable Christmas. The fact that this family member is really into cars and would've been their first serious remote control. I am so angry and pissed right now, Please do not buy from this company they are rubbish and what you get is not what was advertised on their site.

This company is a big scam, situated in Shenshen China. I ordered an drone which I never received. And instead of refunding me, I was offered not even half of the purchase price. Even after sending them pics with the tracking status, they refused to refund me my full purchase price. According to the trackin information,or over six weeks, my pparcel is in transit. And vividlyapple, is not customer friendly and refuses a full refund. They can better change the name now in vividlyscam. It must be possible to rate no star, because even one star is way too much for these rippers

The order i paid for and received did not arrive. They sent me a cheap copy of the product ordered and tried to argue to was the same. DO NOT USE

I ordered the multi color coat, I still have not received my coat I paid right away and it never came

Not very happy with how they are dealing with my concerns via email. Spent a lot of money ordering 6 frames for a project, received a confirmation email with a photo and description of the frames I order, received very different frames in the mail (nothing close to what I ordered other than it being a frame itself), requested the correct frames with support team and they replied this:
We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But as our shipment department checked, the item you received is correct.

THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL EVEN HAS A PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION OF WHAT IM SUPPOSE TO BE RECIEVING and the photos I sent back of the completely wrong frame (along with all other required info) was not enough for them?? I hope they can at least issue a proper refund. Not impressed with the way this situation was dealt with.
I know online shopping has its dilemmas, but does the service team not understand that they way they deal with this sort of situation can greatly change the customer personal expeierence with their business/conpany or any issues that may occur?!

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered two children’s artwork frames for my grandsons!
When they finally arrived, they were nothing like the frames in their advert.
I have emailed them every day this week and just get moronic replies saying there’s nothing wrong with the “product” and to have a nice day!!!
Today I was offered 4USD compensation and told to keep the products.
I thought I was savvy when it came to online shopping, but I have definitely been ripped off and feel such a fool. I’m so angry.
Please, please, PLEASE, do not buy anything from this company. They are thieves & robbers with no conscience

Ordered multi coloured jacket on Facebook, as Christmas gift in Dec. 2022, and it was delivered yesterday, Feb. 7th, 2023.

I would have given no stars. I ordered the zero gravity car track.
The car didn’t work properly. I emailed them for a replacement and they ran me around in circles
Customer service is disgusting, wouldn’t take a return and offered me $7 refund on something that was close to $100

I ordered the large outdoor Nativity scene to display in my front yard during the holiday season. I received a small version of. It arrived after the holiday. And I don’t think the material would stand the Canadian weather. When I asked for return and refund, they refused. They said the order is just right. Big scam

I ordered the large outdoor Nativity scene to display in my front yard during the holiday season. I received a small version of same that is not suitable for outdoor display. This company is unscrupulous and a fraud. They do not provide the item ordered and expect the item to be shipped back to their warehouse in China before they will provide a refund knowing that the cost to ship the item will most likely exceed the refund amount and will deter the customer from taking further action.

Ordered a supposedly plush padded coat. Lovely soft colours and looked good quality.
And actually received a thin, flat, cheap- looking, nylon, zipped cardigan, admittedly soft to the touch but otherwise bearing absolutely no resemblance to the advertised product. Complete waste of £40. Shocking duplicity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered the Christmas garage cover on 19 November 2022. IT still haven't arrived and I didn't know it was coming from Germany. Christmas is around the corner and no cover. I want a refund.

Ordered “Kinetic” toy. Tooks months to arrive and then it was total garbage. Didnt fit together and was battery powered, not kinetic at all. When trying to return, company never responded. Paypal got in touch and said company would refund money if item returned. Returning the item would cost more than the item cost. So DO NOT order from them. Very poor quality. Item didnt work.
