There is no flexibility within their cancellation policy. They cancelled at last minute (24 hours notice) back in Nov,. and due to that I managed to find a different/cheaper/better venue for our class... See more

Terrible
Over 4 weeks notice to cancel a booking and they refused.
I am now getting emails from credit control asking when im going to pay, which I have already explained I will not be paying, still email me accusing me of no correspondence
Avoid
Avoid! Once you book, they will not let you change or cancel your booking.
Garbage
Garbage. Didn’t turn up to allow our kids play footy at the sports this morning. Dozens of parents and kids let down by this sham of a company.
Can't vote zero stars unfortunately
Can't vote zero stars unfortunately. Increased prices and a poor cancellation policy already put players off. We're now on a 2nd week of cancellations due to 1 staff member being ill - sickness can't be helped but there are no contingency plans. We never had trouble when the school caretaker looked after it. We're likely to look for an alternative venue now.
Vivify profit grabbing
After vivify took over a sports facility in Coventry the standard dropped dramatically.
The previous small business kept the pool, hall and all other places clean tidy and presentable, friendly staff etc this all changed with vivify.
The pool sides are dirty, changing rooms very rarely get cleaned, hardly any staff around when needed, pool is always on the very minimum of heating, the rest of the facility is cold.
On going problems which i highly doubt will be sorted
Do no use this company. They will let you down.
We booked a sports venue over 4 weeks ago and paid early. We had children and families waiting outside the gate ready to start the day. When I rang to see where the person was to open up, we were told they were stuck in traffic. When they eventually turned up 15 minutes late, they told they had walked here?!!! We had families and customers leave due to this. When I rang to complain, I was offered a measly 10% discount. Stay away from this company, they do not care.
Poor beyond belief. Just don't bother.
This company and the service they provide is a farce.
We attempted to book a local sports hall for our badminton club. 2 out of the first 3 bookings were cancelled literally as we arrived at the venue. Email responses for support take days. We managed another couple of sessions before our entire next Month of bookings was cancelled and we were also told the venue would not be available for 3 months due to exams.
There appears to be next to no communication between Vivify and their venues, no forward planning of availability to prevent you making wasted bookings, and no level of service agreement between any of the parties either.
Only clubs can afford to book whole halls, so how is this possible when the venue is only available half the time, often at no warning?
In our experience, neither Vivify nor the venue concerned cared in the slightest about satisfying the needs of their paying customers and my advice is simply not to waste your time with them. This is a business model that deserves to fail.
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Robert and the team are great!

Why anyone uses this organisation to…
Why anyone uses this organisation to manage their bookings is beyond me. Our cricket club made a booking in good faith using dates that were showing as available only to have them cancelled at short notice. The dates should never have been available to book because the school uses the space for exams. This has now happened two years in a row.
so difficult to book a hall in London
so difficult to book a hall in London, it is very hard to understand her accent. Useless online booking.
Took over our local sports centre
Took over our local sports centre. The transition was a mess, the website was not set-up, staff left and then prices were raised (almost doubled). The facilities are empty much of the time. A disaster from start to finish.
Sham
Do not pay their employees and don't reply to e-mails. Conned out of wages. Totally disorganised rabble. Do not book anything through them.
