I have not received the order I placed almost a month ago. I have not received any update on that order and I have not received a return of the funds I used to pay for that order. I have been, as of today, been robbed without a physical person pointing a weapon at me. I would like to resolve this incident as soon as possible.

Fast delivery I did send a question back to them as I think they sent me the wrong year of the wine I thought I ordered 2022 but they sent me 2023. I never heard back from them.

Attractive price and fast delivery
In this case the price was attractive, the process was clear and easy and delivery was fast. Instead of paying delivery costs, I had the chance to use that amount for premium member.

Non Temperature controlled shipping
Shipping temperature sensitive wine in a non temperature regulated shipping environment is just ridiculous and not acceptable. This is just poor judgement and very unprofessional.
