Azienda PESSIMA:
Ho acquistato fitball + cover che dovevano essere (chiaramente entrambe) di diametro 75 cm: mi è arrivata una fitball molto più piccola della cover: hanno continuato, fino alla fine, ad asserire che avrei dovuto gonfiare di più la fitball, già gonfiata al massimo.
Confrontata con fitball dello stesso materiale di diametro 75 acquistata su Amazon, riscontro che la fitball ricevuta da Vivol era più piccola e quindi incompatibile con la cover.
Ho speso anche 15 euro per la spedizione.
Chiedo il reso, per cause non imputabili a me: mi scrivono che devo sostenere io le spese di spedizione reso. Trattengo gli articoli acquistati, ma informo che la VIVOL è una AZIENDA POCO SERIA: NON PUO' CHE FARE UNA "CERTA FINE"...
E' solo una questione di tempo...
In questi casi, ci si siede sulla riva del fiume ad aspettare...
