Ordered Vivol rubber tiles from Amazon

Ordered Vivol rubber tiles from Amazon. The product was unsatisfactory. I returned them, but had to cover the shipping costs myself!
However, Vivol hasn't refunded Amazon for the product, so I’ve been waiting six weeks for my money—but no refund is coming!
Amazon can only wait;
Vivol takes no responsibility and apparently doesn't care about its customers. I'm out €85, excluding shipping costs!
* So, don't order anything from Vivol! *
