I love that I have it on subscription and that I can always rely on it getting here before I run out. I have been feeling so much better since having my B12 daily and I would hate to run out of it

*** UPDATE* After a couple of emails Vivo have now sent me a replacement. However as expected the replacement has exactly the same problem. As suspected it's not user error, or a one off faulty bottle . It simply seems to be the wrong size pipettes being used for the product. Hopefully Vivo will eventually take note of all the posts and reviews commenting on the inadequate pipette and change them to ones more fit for purpose. But until then I will be saving my frustration and switching to a different brand of B12 drops ***

Ordered the Vivo B12 drops. I really wanted to like this product and had intended to subscribe if I found it was helpful. However it failed in the most basic of things - getting it out of the bottle! The pipette appears to be the wrong size for the product, it does not fill enough to complete the 1ml dose. It only draws up a maximum of about 0.68. So you have to fiddle around sucking up and squirting back out amounts of the product and taking several doses to try and get it to add up to the full 1ml dose. Given that you have to then hold the product under your tongue for 30 seconds each time this all all ends up being a very frustrating process and one which I find ridiculous that customers are expected to carry out every day due to an obvious design flaw. When I emailed Vivo to ask the question of whether the pipette was just faulty or if they were all like that, they didn't answer that, however reading other reviews it is evident that they are indeed all the same and just not fit for purpose. I was given the rather obvious and patronising instruction that it was okay for me to do two half doses to make up to a whole dose! (Which, although blindingly obvious that this would indeed be okay, in practice it is not that simple when you have a pipette drawing up anything from 0.53ml to 0.68ml each time) I have requested another pipette fit for purpose, or a refund and have had no further reply to that from Vivo.
It's absolutely crazy to manufacture an oral product designed to be used at a specific dose, then put it into a bottle that is not designed to dispense that product accurately and efficiently. Add to that the less than helpful and then absent response to my emails and I am starting to doubt this company. I hope I'm wrong and that they eventually do reply with a suitable response and solution.

I feel more energised and able to manage my day.
Since starting my first bottle in April due to my absolute faith in this product I have recommended it to 4 of my immediate family . 4 members of my staff at work and at least 2 work colleagues .
At 71 and still working full time I have no hesitation in recommending this product

Always been happy with Vivo - been a subscription customer for over a year now, but it's only when you have a problem that a company shows what it's made of unfortunately...

Currently trying to contact someone, but live chat very intermittent, waiting ages between responses, then the agent disappears. No phone number either only a web contact form.

Re supply issues with Clean Protein - products that are designed to be taken consistently/every day are suddenly unavailable in any flavour, with no indication of when they will be back in stock. Not good customer service or stock availability it seems.

The product is good but the customer service is awful I am still waiting for my delivery , was cancelled due to package arrived damaged . I send them email I am happy to receive the replacement and seem like no one care and they just ignore my email now … very disappointed I have no words ..

Arrived quickly. Easy to use. Tastes pleasant.

Great product for clarity and memory. Only issue is the dropper does not draw a full measure. This has been in very bottle I have used. However, I love that it is a glass dropper, instead of toxic plastic.

Ordered the unflavoured Clean Protein, and to start with it's worth saying a lot of brands have trouble doing a clean protein.

On the positive side of things, this protein does mix well, it doesn't have a grainy taste or texture, and the delivery was pretty quick too.

Unfortunately the taste of the unflavoured clear protein was not great, even when mixed with a post workout favourite like milk chocolate it couldn't mask the earthy taste of the protein (that's the best description I can come up with) - I have given it several tries over several days but it doesn't get better or be a taste you can get used to or get over, and unfortunately with the large bag being the only option now have 28 servings or so left that I don't want to use.

Also worth mentioning that there was scoop in the bag, due to the company trying to limit plastic usage which is a worthy thing to do but the lack of scoop wasn't made clear on the page and is something that should have been flagged, and made an upsell on the basket page or part of the order process - especially when you then have to order one and it costs £5 including postage to then buy one. There are probably suggestions on adding various berries and other options to make a smoothie with this protein powder but ot me you shouldn't need to add that many other ingredients to make the taste palatable.

Maybe other flavours of this protein would be better but I'm afraid for me, this one is not one to recommend

Great taste the most natural protein powder I have tried and it allows me to top up my protein during the day.
It mixes in well with all of my other ingredients.

Swift delivery. Good product. Still in early days of trying it but can notice when I have missed a few days

I like the taste, even that is vegan it does not taste like beans. Always deliver on time!

I already use the vitamin b12 so thought I'd give the vitamin D3 and Omega 3 a go and I am finding an improvement already. Will be keeping this going

I have not received my order and did not get any help from Vivo, shocking
