Very disappointed with the B12 drops
Very disappointed with the B12 drops, used 2 months of the product and felt absolutely none of the promised benefits, I emailed the company and informed them I no longer wanted the subscription, still got charged and sent another bottle which I have to now pay to return in order to receive an refund, I was told that I was informed by email that I needed to cancel my subscription but I’m a very busy single working parent and don’t have the time, when i sent yet another email requesting a cancellation it was sine so my issue is why couldn’t it be done the first time I asked, I was informed I had 14 days to return but when I looked up the T&C it’s a 30 day money back guarantee , so why am I paying for this return for a item that didn’t deliver the promised benefits.

The vivo life B12 seems to be far more effective than the B12, in tablet form I received from the Doctor. The only problem I have, is with the dropper. I can't get an accurate measure in it. I have purchased a medical dropper .. problem solved. I will definately keep purchasing this product. Thank you

Horribly grainy and too much stevia aftertaste. Quite a waste of money
I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews for this product. I ordered the chocolate brownie protein powder.
Here are some issues I have with it:
1. There is no scoop in the pack
2. The pack does not reseal
3. Texture is too grainy and disgusting to swallow. I had do ‘down’ it. I even made
another one for my son where I blended it with milk and ice in an electric blender. It was still ‘disgusting’
3. Flavour tastes nothing like chocolate, not even a hint of it
4. Way too much stevia aftertaste. I use stevia at home and it does not have an aftertaste like this. The aftertaste from Vivo Life’s protein powder lasts a very long time. I had to brush my teeth and the taste is still there (!)
I will be cancelling my subscription and seeking a refund. Can’t believe they sell this to people.

Taste and texture are naturally subjective, and it sounds like the Chocolate Brownie flavour didn't meet your expectations. While your experience was clearly disappointing, it's worth noting that this product has been a favourite among our customers for many years and is one of our most popular protein powders.
We haven't included plastic scoops in our protein powders for many years as part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary plastic waste, although scoops are available separately for those who prefer using one.
We're also surprised to hear the pouch wasn't resealing properly, as it is designed to be fully resealable.
