A great idea but not a good fit
The concept is good. However the sizing seems more appropriate for a man. A cut out at the heel which is far too big resulting in loose fabric around the heel.In addition the loop tape sewn on to the front fastening is set back too far and it doesn’t meet the hook tape on the other side without pulling and stretching. This in turn mis- aligns the plastic side supports. The strap is sewn on directly where the ankle bone is causing bulk, pressure and subsequently pain on the ankle bone.
I really cannot wear this, so please can I send it back for a full refund?
I ordered a medium, which according to your chart is the correct size for me.
Ideally you should offer both a male and female specification as foot sizes are very different between the sexes.

These braces are designed by the manufacture to be unisex but as they are an “off the shelf” product mat not be as comfortable from person to person.
The size charts we use are provided by the manufacture but as with all products you wear, there will be variations as to how they fit.
There shouldn’t be any issues in returning the brace for a different size as long as it fulfills the requirements as per the link below:
