Bliss, I can hear again !
Everything regarding my appointment was 5 star.
The procedure was fully explained which included photos of my ear before and after. There was no rush and I felt totally at ease, so many thanks go to Raimah who was excellent.

Great experience at Vivona
Had a great experience at Vivona in Bromley, having some very stubborn earwax removed, from being met at the door and through the whole process. Totally recommend.

I think John was the name of the man who treated me at the clinic. What a great guy, top tier customer service. Now I have been given a loyalty card hopefully I can get my family to use the service, so I can eventually get 25% off! All my ear is fully cleared, with before and after images showing his amazing work. I feel like I can hear a pin drop in a loud room now haha.

Good experience at Vivona Bromley
A very good experience, John in the Bromley clinic explained the procedure clearly as things went along and stopped if I indicated any slight discomfort. Was all very straightforward, was great to be able to hear properly once again. I would use Vivona again with no hesitation. Was also good to be able to see the before and after results on camera.

A very professional experience
Have used Vivona Earcare several times and always receive a first class service. The whole procedure is pain free and you are kept fully informed throughout. After wax removal Vivona noticed my left ear was inflamed and advised I see my GP who prescribed drops clear up the inflammation before it became a problem. Thank you Vivona.
