After initially struggling with the Auto Chat on Vivup website, I found customer service number online and spoke to a member of the Vivup team - Millie. She was brilliant and sorted the issue I had quickly, politely and without complication.

I ordered a garden furniture set and the table was not delivered along with the seating. I would like to share my positive feedback about Vivup Customer Service, especially Rachel, who assisted me regarding an item I ordered that was missing and had not been delivered.
Rachel was very professional in handling my complaint and resolving the issue. I was already thinking of cancelling the order because I knew shipping could take a long time, but Rachel kindly recommended sending a replacement instead.
Thanks to her quick action and excellent customer service, the replacement item was delivered within 3 working days, just before I went on holiday.

When I opened my brand new TV unfortunately it had a massive crack through the screen that wasn't visible until switched on just a black screen with a smashed like. I followed the guidelines for damaged new goods sent the photos of the TV and packaging and next day was advised the damaged TV would be picked up and would I like a replacement... the answer was of course yes. The old TV was locked up by Dpd in the morning and my new TV was delivered by the end of the day.. cannot fault the communication and resolve to my query and replacement of faulty goods. Smooth easy process from start to finish... thank you Vivup and Curry's for your smooth and efficient service.. highly highly recommended!

Item not received by dpd to my address
It had been left at a post office
Said to vivup not received the item for home delivery
Told me to collect said no as not convenient and item was home delivery
They were very unhelpful especially the man called Mark who couldnt even spell my name right
