A partial refund is UNACCEPTABLE.
I have filed a complaint on your company with my bank.
Your recourse is to send me a return label (as you advertise free returns and exchanges)
and refund my $86.43 in full.
After 3 communications compensation offered was $15. $25, then $36. But I can keep the merchandise. I'd have to lose 50 # to get into a size that I order regularly.
As stated above, I have filed a complaint on Viygi with Wells Fargo Bank.

I can tell already this will be a difficult return. And after reading below I’m convinced. Very slow response to email because they are in China!! Different time zones!!
I’ll wait to get my return information but they should be called out for misrepresentation. Here is what their web site says and the reason I purchased from them thinking it was a SC company.

My order was shipped from China via JFK international airport with a return address of John Doe in Jamaica NY to make it appear like it was shipped from US. Nice try I know the mail network systems. Fake return address too
it’s a building for lease no company there.
Just be honest and say you work and ship from China. They should be taken down and I’m going to report to my credit card company to file a claim with them too.

Not happy. They clothes do not fit, to tight. Trying to return for a full refund and they want to give me a $35 credit and I keep the dresses. I will not be ordering from them again, so the $35 is of no use to me.

They lie about their return policy. Wouldn't accept return and refunded me less than 1/3 of purchase price. My credit card company made good on the balance when I disputed the charges.

This company does not let you return the merchandise. They tell you their return policy is "we send you an authorization form and then you can return it"
Then they offer you money $14 and you can keep the dress. I bought two dresses - total $98.
After a while they just ignore you. If you put a bad comment on their website, then take it down.

Not able to anticipate delivery until the last day was discouraging. Liked the dresses.

I love the dress but I need to return it for a bigger size. The service of delivery was excellent and would certainly use this website again.

It took three weeks to receive my order. The dresses that I ordered was to big and the quality was poor, not what I expected. The Customer Service Team that they claim to have was unbelievable. All I wanted was to send the order back and get a full refund. They tried to negotiate by giving me a third of the refund and keep the dresses. I sent several emails to get my refund which NEVER happened. Never ever order again from this company.

It did take several weeks to arrive.
Once I received the dress and shirt I was very pleased.
I purchased a medium and they both fit well. I'm 5 31/2and 135lbs.I love the quality of material.

Terrible customer service. In trying to return a dress, when I finally found the return website, it did not exist. I will never purchase from them ever again!

It was nice to buy clothes that are quality and I didn't have to wait for it to ship from another country. I will shop this site more often.

longer shipping was longer than stated

Do not buy from this company. You cannot return items. They try & negotiate with you and then ignore you. Returns are in Dubai.

I am unable to reach the company for a return. 2 of the 4 items need to be returned. They were not as they were pictured and the stitching is coming out of some of them. (I decided to keep the other 2 simply bc I thought it was easier but for $40 a piece it’s not nearly the quality I thought they would be.

Fabric is thin but dresses and shirt are really cute !!! Would definitely order from this company again . Good value for money paid .

I am trying to get a response for a return certificate since I cannot send anything back without one and I am getting no response.

I loved the tops I received. The dresses are a bit bigger than I hoped for. Made for Women, but could be cut a bit smaller in the top and waist areas. Maybe a petite option I over looked.

I love both tops. They’re sized correctly. I’ve had compliments each time I’ve worn them.
