Could have been better communication
After purchasing, I did not receive any email communication and at first I thought it was a scam. I thought I'd paid on a dodgy website and had to call the place twice. For the price paid, I did expect better service.
The item did arrive but I found the communication to be very lacking. There was no email with delivery day or time. However I am pleased with the item after the initial stress.

Damaged whiteboard item was delivered. Straight away got in touch with customer service and I am happy as the next day "replacement white board " was delivered .
