Stumbled across this site on google when searching for bed furniture and I was initially a little apprehensive as I had not heard of them before but then felt a bit more at ease after reading all the positive reviews. Ordered an ottoman bed with headboard for my son and a mattress for my daughter. The delivery of bed and headboard was on time on a Saturday, but they forgot to drop off the mattress (I wasn’t around to check) but the driver did text with an apology and offered to bring either later that evening or on Tue. I was fine with waiting till Tues as it wasn’t urgent plus it was late and I knew they had a long way to go. We found that the small headboard was far too high for my son’s single bed so I contacted them on Mon to request a return which they agreed to but then also offered a smaller one to be made for us as another option. We ended up having it bespoke made and it was even ready to be delivered the next day along with the mattress on the Tues! The customer service has been great and I was stunned at the efficiency of service I received. The quality and workmanship of all the products are excellent too so I am a very happy customer. Cheaper and better than the High St. stores. Highly recommend!

Well I have to said there are nice design we are happy great communication fast delivery as we expect ,
but looking a different prospect if we didn’t buy on sale I think the money is to much as the material the use in my prospects don’t worth that much

Great service quick delivery high quality

Cannot recommend this company enough..from ordering the bed to delivery, you are updated every step of the way..there is an option to pay cash on delivery too which is helpful..the delivery driver was amazing..we live in a first floor apartment and he carried the king size bed (in pieces) on his own (I did offer to help!) and set it all up within 20mins..all this with a lovely smile on his face at all times and so polite..beautiful bed and great service!

From start to finish, the service I received from Viz beds was straight forward, efficient, friendly, and reliable. I was a little sceptical at first, having not heard if this company, however, I needn't have worried and it's nice to support a family business based in the UK. The bespoke buying process was easy with some good buying options. Communication online, by 'phone with Isma and in person, with Mohammed, was friendly, efficient and professional throughout. Mohammed did a fantastic job of arriving on time, delivering the bed and assembling it successfully. A 5 star service throughout! The bed itself looks verywell made and luxurious and is fit for a Queen. I'd like to say that I am that Queen but my cat has her eye on it aswell! :-)

The service was excellent. Driver was polite and kind and assembly/delivery was included in price. The quality was fantastic and great value. I will be ordering more beds in the future from here.

Delivery was quick, was called the day before and given a time frame. When the driver was half an hour away, he contacted me to let me know- can’t fault the communication.

The bed itself is beautiful, was assembled quickly and properly. For the price, the bed is outstanding quality.

One of the best experiences I have had with this company. I purchased a bed online. I have had excellent communication from start to end, the bed delivered within a week as stated by a vey helpful and courteous delivery driver.
