Viz Insurance was very straight forward, easy to understand and apply. It has the right amount of cover for my needs as a handyman and I can increase that coverage as my business grows with cover for other needs such as my tools etc. Definitely recommend you take a look at Viz Insurance.

All my dealings with Viz have been to a high standard

Your system changed to my OLD Bank Details then an email "Hiding" your ERROR and passing the blame.

They are really easy to deal with, but they dont have an insurance policy for everything so because they couldn't help me today its lowered the rating im giving

good customer service on the phone when required.

The gentleman who assisted me, KOBY was absolutely exceptional. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly uplifting and supportive throughout the entire process. He made what can usually feel like a stressful task such an easy and enjoyable experience. What really stood out to me was his encouragement when I spoke about my business. Instead of saying “if” my business grows, he confidently said “when,” which genuinely meant a lot and left a lasting impression. He also took the time to explain how I could add more people onto my plan in the future, which I appreciated.

I also have to mention how kind and sweet he was, I kept calling him “Toby” during our conversation, only realising later from the email that his name is actually Koby. He handled it so politely and never made it awkward, which I later appreciated😭😂.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with genuine positivity and encouragement, and I truly appreciated it.😊

My call was answered more or less straight away - I didn't have to wait to speak with someone. The VIZ employee I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful and even sent thru my Cert of Currency before it has been paid for - which we made arrangements for over the phone. Very happy with the service. Have used them for a number of years now.
