The deer

I had an enjoyable time working on my project and 90 percent there. I know exactly where it is going to be framed and hung in my living room once its completed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the second time I ordered from this company and did not receive the products I paid for. I received an EMPTY poly mailer bag with no contents .. nothing. I contacted customer service and explained the item I ordered was not received. I also explained to them the size of the EMPTY envelope I received was not even the correct size for the product I ordered. I was told to contact my mail courier. This is a mistake from this company. not my mail courier. I am still waiting for my product or refund. This is enough negativity in this world we shouldn't have to deal with issues like this.

Courier companies would never accept empty boxes or plastic bags from any company since they require a certain weight, so it is highly likely that the content of your package was stolen after we handed it out to the courier. Have you contacted your local post office regarding this matter?

Overall positive experience

I have ordered 5 different projects, 2 as gifts, without any issue. The shipping does take a little too long at times but I’ve never been missing pieces or unable to complete my project. I’ve also had a very positive experience with customer service when I misplaced my order number. Beautiful projects and great customer service on my end.

Horrible Customer Service

Please note: After I wrote my first negative review and they responded, I resent what they asked for, which I sent previously 1 month before. I still have NOT heard any response from them.

Thoroughly enjoyed this! Great for keeping hands and mind busy. Easy to use tools!

Ordered my first diamond painting, a custom print, while the shipping took almost a full month after the 2 weeks of making the item total of 6 weeks to arrive. However... it was well worth the wait! I have chronic wrist issues but the ease of the tool was awesome! I’ve really enjoyed making this piece and once I move I will order a few more, since shipping does take so long don’t want it sent to the wrong address. Side note- there are more than enough diamonds of each color, very easy to decipher the markings. Sooooo much fun and excellent anxiety relief. Keeping my mind and hands busy has been great, looking forward to completing many more diamond paintings

I love the products

I love the products. So far I ordered four and 2 light pads. Everything was received. I also ordered some frames, which have not arrived yet. My last picture arrived a few days ago, so I hope that the frames will be here shortly. Don’t get discouraged, it takes about 3 weeks for things to show up.

Make your photo a diamond painting

My favorite thing with VizuArts is to customize a canvas. I have purchased 2 customized canvases and they were stunning, truly looked like the photo and the most personal gift.

Never delivered

Bought March 13th, it’s now April 18th and still no product. Battling with the courier service but the whole experience has been a nightmare. Not necessarily the sellers fault but it does leave a sour taste...

Paid and never received the product

Paid and never received the product. They send me lots of emails trying to get me to buy more and asking me how I like the product. I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!

I did enjoyed this art and it make me hard time to think which pick color completely short or longer depend on which colors but it enjoy and thinking positively and passion but it really rough because one diamond on time took me forever!! I really enjoyed as I will completely this art and will take a picture when I will be finish!?!? Wish me good luck 👍🏻

Shocking service

I have been waiting more than three months for Vizuarts to send me two sets of crystals missing from my kit. In spite of repeated emails, nothing is done. I have been promised that they will send them but Christmas, Chinese New Year, COVID-19 have all been blamed for their inability to send me the crystals I need. I am sick of the excuses. This would cost them only a few dollars and would take only a few minutes to organise. I now have a useless and unfinished piece. My first and last experience with diamond art.

They ripped me off

They ripped me off. Never received my product. I’m going to have to go through the hassle of contacting my bank. Don’t order from this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Missing drills, never received replacement

I ordered two paintings. One for me and one for a friend for Christmas. After I started the painting I realized they had sent me two different colors for the same drill number. I contacted them and they told me they will send me the drills but to wait until I got the painting completed just to make sure no other ones were missing as they said they would have to charge me if they had to send drills a second time. So I agreed and I contacted them thru email. (The only way to contact) on Feb 11th. I was assured they were going to resolve it and get the drills sent out. After a couple weeks I replied back asking when they were going to send it. I got no response. They ignored the email. A few more days I sent a new email explaining the whole situation and I got a response saying they are very sorry and they are moving this to the urgent status. Again after a few days I replied asking if they had been shipped. Again nothing..they IGNORED me.
So far I have had to send out 4 new emails where I have gotten the same response and then they refuse to respond back when I ask for an update. It is now April and I have once again gotten no response and still no drills. So I have a painting that is not completed. I have even tried to find replacement drills but can not find the right drill number.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T go thru this company. Cause if you have an issue it will never get resolved and you will get ignored.
I don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review for any company cause I know that things happen and I am reasonable and understanding. But to me..this is very unacceptable how the company treats its customers. So..save your money and get a diamond painting thru a company that will resolve issues and not ignore them.
And if the company reads this..don't bother putting a response that says to contact us..as I have seen on other reviews. Cause I have contacted. I have sent 4 new emails where I have to explain everything and sent probably a total of at least 20 emails trying to get someone to respond. Clearly you don't care about your customers.

I'm obsessed!!!

I love doing my elephant photo. I get lost & realize I've been working for 2 hours sometimes. Also find myself wanting to take breaks from work to do little bits.

It's really relaxing & easy to follow.

They sent me a frame missing parts

They sent me a frame missing parts. Website lists 30 day money back guarantee. I asked for the missing parts or a refund. I was told they are kicking it up the latter twice both times after a week delay. They are clearly not honoring their refund policy and their "24/7" customer service consistently takes a week or longer to respond to emails.
