The product is great. Can you please be aware of placing dark numbers, letters, symbols on dark color backgrounds. In particular the dark blue with the black symbols. May I suggest light on dark and dark on light.

I had a custom made canvas of my orchid and it came out beautifully.
I was missing some of one color and contacted the company and their response time was unreal. Within a few days they said they will send me the missing colors
I loved the entire project only issue for me is that some of the color coding was a bit dark so it was hard to see without glasses and an extra light
Overall I have recommended this to many friends

I ordered the tree of life diamond painting and I absolutely love it! It came out gorgeous!

this is a scam, i paid for 2 pictures and never received anything. do not buy from them.

Frustrated about not receiving the goods yet. The order had been placed on 18.12.2020 for Christmas and this review is placed on 19.01.2020, while there's not clear information on were the goods are or when they will be delivered. Not sure if i'll order again, sorry.

Other brands come with multiple pens but this brand only came with one. That is the only disappointing thing I can say.

As soon as I'm getting close to being done with my purple rockies I'm ordering another one. This is the best thing to do in your spare time!

I bought 2 of these as last minute Christmas gifts and even in the rush of the season they arrived on time with no issues. Both my daughters love them and enjoy how relaxing it is to work on them.

Never received my products ordered. Been over 1 month. I am asked how I like something I never have received! Frustrating.

I love them. Ordered 3 different pictures & got all 3.

I bought five diamond art projects at Christmas time and will give them as birthday gifts to my son and daughters. I find it to be very relaxing, and as a big fan of paint by numbers, the fact that there is no need to clean brushes when changing colors is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs some stress relief.

Never rec'd product. Contacted compant. Told it can take 25 days to ship. No follow up, no contact, no product.

When I first saw this I thought that looks beautiful... when I received it I thought, how in the heck will I be able to make this? Everything was provided and easy to complete. My psychedelic turtle turned out fabulous and I would lose track of time during the time I worked on it.

I really love VizuArts patterns for their paintings. They are so beautiful and aweinspiring. The have different things to make the experience even better and even more efficient. If you are going to do diamond painting at all I highly recommend that you get a few of the organizing trays also.

First time we have tied this product and we love it. I would highly recommend this product. Very well thought out idea.

Finished product is beautiful! Enjoyed doing the first one so much I ordered two more before I finished. Very relaxing, calming and addictive. Love it!

I ordered custom prints in November and still have not received anything. Never received notice that my order shipped to attempt to track my order. As of now will not order again and disappointed.

The photos I ordered were custom. Their site says 2 day shipping, when this is not at all reality. It ships from China and takes over a month. Disappointed I ordered in mid november and didn't receive my orders until after Christmas.

I ordered two different photos and received two orders with the same photo! They were bent in the packages and just total garbage, so I threw them out. When I asked for a refund because I got two of the same photo, they asked for a picture of it but it was too late as I had already thrown them in the garbage.

I only asked for a refund of the duplicate order, but they refused unless I sent a photo. Too late for me now, but perhaps you can save yourself and not waste your time and money waiting for a product that is not as advertised.
