Spot on - but i have to use more than 10 characters in the review!

Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and great products

Being asked for a review when I have not received anything, not very clever considering I payed extra for prompt delivery. I expect they don't hold the item I purchased in stock as no one else seems to but ordered from here as web site indicated they were ready to be shipped would appear not.
Will await a response and a refund for the postage.

Got the products on time. They were perfect.

We ordered cricket gear and clothes from VKS in 2013 and this year, to be delivered in the Netherlands. They have a very good quality and professional service. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Very good service and information

An easy to use website that is well laid out. Having placed my order, I was contacted by VKS who noticed a possible mistake with some of the sizes I had ordered. They were correct and were very helpful in changing them for me.

I then received my order the following day and can only thank them for their excellent service. I'll be needing a new tennis racket soon so will be back shopping with them again very soon!

Happy to receive my item on time and was exactly what i ordered. will definitely visit them again.

I purchased a numerous items from vks sports and 1 of the items was to small (my fault) and through email the matter was not to much trouble for vinay to resolve and I can definately recommend them and will be using them in the future myself. All in all first class service all round

A great selection of products to choose from and when I had a couple of questions to ask, they were very quick to answer by email. I received my new Babolat racket in quick time and got some free tennis balls included too, so a great experience.

I'll use them again for sure.

Over the last 4 years of dealing with Vinay @ VKS he has been a very professional, realible.
VKS have now started providing my coaching company "cutting edge coaching" with excellent clothing making us look very professional. I'm so happy with the service provided that I introduced VKS to my cricket club Hornsey CC who they now provide adult and our juniors teams too.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to many many more.

I have been ordering from VKS , happily for over a decade . I really appreciate the hands on manner of communication from both the father/son team of Vinay now Vinod. The only thing that has left a less that satisfactory taste has been when I have ordered usually leg guards that seem to have one image usually the new model on the website and the old model is shipped. I believe this has occurred twice with my orders in the last 5 years. That aside I love the selection, the website, the pricing and the fact that I can get items pretty quickly all the way in the West Indies. I recommend VKS to all my friends .....

Have bought a few cricket bats from VKS over the years. Always good, helpful & friendly service from them & that is why I purchased (other stores were not so helpful so I didn't bother with them). Had a problem with one bat & was replaced free of charge, which I thought was the correct thing to do. Vinay at VKS never let me down. I recommend VKS to my friends often.

I was asked to buy some cricket things for a friend abroad. VKS had just what was needed and got them to me very quickly. Needless to say, everyone was very happy!

I found the process of purchase simple.
I had a query for the product i was ordering and when i rang the shop, i found the staff very helpful and the staff made some valid and relevant suggestion which i found very useful in my final purchase.
I also found the price very competative and have no objection in recommending VKS to my friends and colleagues.

Bought the TON Gold Edition Junior bat for my 10 year old. Has a great pick-up and is not too heavy that he cannot practice his stroke play. Excellent advice from VKS as usual, regarding purchase choice and maintenance.

It is always tricky to buy cricket gears online, as the image does not always represent our personal requirements. Till date, I have bought 3 cricket bats from VKS, 2 online and 1 from the store. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the bats, and the overall efficiency in delivery of the bats. They are very professional and know their products. I do look forward to buying more cricket gears from VKS.
