The 2 guys,, I think there name are Gus and Guillermo were fantastic! I will definitely ask for them when i next move. they went about their business in such a professional way, not wasting any time 'chatting' with each other.

They arrived when they said they would. They did the job well. my belongings weren't damaged.

Booked online, gentlemen were very professional, nothing was an issue, completed the job quickly and delivered to another school. Would recommend Vmove anytime. We will definitely use Vmove again.

5STARS! the team were incredible - efficient, thorough, kind & worked so well to move our home. They were done in 5hrs which is so so much quicker than expected. They had helpful tips along the way too (eg airing fridge/ matress wrapping). Have already recommended to 3+ people today alone!

Very happy with the move the guys were helpful and friendly. When problems occurred it was sorted out in a professional friendly manner. The job went over time due the many stairs and tight turns. They stuck to the quote and did not try to get extra.

I had a great experience with this removalist. They were polite, punctual, and handled everything with care, especially my fragile items. Nothing was damaged, and they worked efficiently throughout the move. The hourly rate was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving service.

I've used these guys 4 or 5 times and have always been reliable and made the move a much easier process. They wrap and took care of my valuable glass table and antique liquor cabinet. Will definitely use again.

This was my 7th move with v move. Another perfect experience. Fast efficient and friendly team. Took the stress out of moving and very careful with my things.

My past experience with vmove was really great and I had recommended vmove to multiple friends in past.

However our experience this time was not great. Of the two packers and movers we got only one was doing all the hard work. The other person was taking multiple trips with just small items.

Inspite of doing the packing themselves and seeing the stuff 1 day in advance, we had to do two trips to get all the stuff to our new place. If we were given a heads up we could have chosen what to leave behind or donate.

The last row of the truck had only empty boxes, which could have been used to pack some remaining small items, thus reducing requirement for multiple trips.

Overall we are not satisfied with the service, we paid a premium price and were overcharged a lot. We do not plan to use the service again in the future.

I am also going to update my rating on Google based on this experience.
