I ordered the BOGO holsters.
A couple weeks later, they arrived. There have been some spam emails, but that is par for the course these days, after interacting with any and every company online. Small, family owned companies usually do not have the best customer service, as they are “small, family” companies. I received what I paid for, and a free one, to boot. And what I ordered arrived. The holsters work great and are very comfortable. Seems a lot of folks are pretty emotional over a tiny purchase, without instant responses to their complaints. I’d urge these folks to maybe stop buying things on line.

Seems like everyone is having the same problem as I am. I placed an order, waited a while, checked back, and there was no shipping information after a week. I emailed with no response for a few days, so I finally called. I got what was obviously a call Center who couldn't really help me, and I sat on hold because I asked to speak to someone at the company, and no one ever came to the line, so I asked for a refund, which they said they processed. So now I'm waiting to see if it will actually be refunded.

I would NOT recommend dealing with this company . I ordered the Laser strike system I was told it comes with a Holster and 1 more item I even bought an xtra cartridge for 9 mm . I was then told order Confirmed over 1 wk later no tracking info . But my credit card was charged . I called customer service to find out 7 days later it still was NOT shipped yet . I then said cancel my order and refund me I’m still waiting for refund . It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to Recieving this laser strike. Terrible fulfillment problems !

Wrong holster twice
I ordered the WML holster but received the regular(non WML) holster. After speaking with a customer service agent, she assured me that they would send the correct holster and that I could keep the one that was initially sent. When the second/correct "package" finally arrived it wasn't even a holster. It was some type of spike toy but the packing slip was the description for the WML holster. So after $90 and a month of waiting for the holster I ordered and didn't get, I can say I'm done with VNSH. I initially was very excited about making a purchase with them. And now I am very disappointed. Dont know how you ship a toy instead of a WML belly band holster that has a packing slip for a description for a WML holster. Maybe incompetence. I would just like a refund and part ways.

Purchased the dry fire system 1/28/26 got it and it was nothing the claim it to be it uses a third party app that isn't free. I called to get my money back and I'm just given a run around being mailed more garbage to try and appease me finally saying that it will been refunded on 2/6/26 yet it's still not reflecting in my account. I finally speak with a supervisor and she wants me to email my bank statements to her so I can prove i haven't received it. I immediately contacted my bank who promptly told me to not send this information but rather file a dispute with the bank which ive done. Do not waist your time there are better options out there that cost half the money.

Mag retention is nonexistent
The sales agent was helpful and friendly but the item had a delayed delivery. Not a big deal as the holster worked comfortably. However, when I complained that mag retention was non existent and asked if there was a "work around" in progress my emails went ignored and unanswered. The only humans I was able to speak to at VNSH were sales team members.
Highly Questionable VNSH Holster OrderProcess
I started processing an order for BOGO. I quickly found myself in the midst of one "additional special offer" after another when I stopped and abandoned the order process without completing it. That is to say, I never got to anything like "Place Order" or "Confirm Order." However, apparently, as soon as I indicated my method of payment (PayPal), which was early-on in the process, my PayPal account was charged. Additionally, the website states, "Free shipping over $50." My order was $79.97, and I was charged almost $10 for shipping. Again, no notice of a shipping charge. Efforts to contact vnsh holsters failed. "No one to answer your call, leave a message." I went to "Support" on the vnsh website. When I tried to send my message, it gave an Error: Failed to send message. Please try again or email us directly at (TrustPilot does not permit emails in reviews). So, I tried to email the message. That resulted in an immediately bounced email;
Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

I immediately logged in to PayPal, cancelled the transaction, and was issued a refund (by PayPal).
In my opinion, these are significant telltale signs of less-than-ethical business practices, and possibly a scam. After reading numerous reviews, that, unfortunately, seems to be the case.
Also, neither vnsh holsters nor its supposed parent company, Sicuro Brands LLC, has any presence on Google or Google Maps.

I skipped the vnsh website altogether and bought one of their holsters off eBay for 25$ and have been overall happy with it. Not the best thing in the world but it does a good job for me and my expectations weren’t let down. I wouldn’t pay full price for it no way , bogo deal or not .

I came here primarily because they are gate keeping their reviews on their website. It's dishonest! Really can't add much more than what people have already said, look at how bad and negative they are here. Nightmare from start to finish and they could care less about the people that they are making their money off of. Ordered at the end of October beginning of November, I'm still dealing with them...

Got two holster orders and both were the wrong order
I ordered a right-hand holster with a light, but they sent me a left-hand holster that was too small to fit my pistol and light. A customer service rep called me back and sent a replacement, but they sent the wrong holster again. This one is right handed but still doesn’t fit my pistol or hold my light.
The rep asked me to send a picture, but the SKU number on my invoice explains exactly what a pic would show...the wrong one! I asked for a refund and am now waiting to see if it actually happens.
This is a company I don’t trust. They claim to be a family-owned business from Texas, but their service doesn’t reflect that. Their customer service is terrible, and they don’t seem to know their own products by SKU number nor did the rep I talked too seem to understand handguns with lights. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered on 12/13/25 received nothing emailed after a week because I hadn’t received a purchase confirmation. They responded with an immediate response “item has been allocated to ship. Tracking information will be sent” I have heard anything yet. This was going to be a present for my husband. 😠😤
99% fake ads
yesterday i "purchased" the bogo holster. didnt even check options cuz all i wanted was to see the final price, s&h etc.... i allowed my safe app to fill form but with false address, regrettably the CC# may have been correct... i never completed or finalized the order and left the page.
today i got a "confirmation" email with the incorrect billing address that i had entered. it said shipping process was underway. i sure hope not. no sign yet of any billing to CC.
i consider most ALL these cheesy AI ads to be rip-offs or outright scams. always google the product and get it for 1/2 - 1/4 the price on the www ... the fake "AI" dog is the worst ad ive seen in my 60 years. they prey on elderly, lonly and the uninformed. if u r too old to understand PLEASE chat with a younger person b4 supporting China scammers.

So far so good. I ordered 2 for price of msrp on Friday. I missed the info on tracking the purchase and was interested in getting an eta. I Emailed on Saturday I believe and answered by Lisa on the following Monday morning apologizing for me not getting my tracking info. (Wow, very impressive now a days for customer service!) I looked up tracking number through USPS and figured probably a 2 week eta. Surpringly I Got them one week later, Friday morning today😃👍!!! Great customer service! Kudos to all who helped remedy and send out my 2 holsters. These are Gifts for my friends. More later on holsters after they tell me of their holster reviews of these gifts. P.S. maybe I have this confused with another holster but I thought these were originally American made by American veterans... not made in China as I found out when I got the holster package box. Reason I bought was prompted by what I thought was buying from a veterans owned company and American made in America items... But, I confess... I love mine. Extremely comfortable carry in deep 12 oclock position for me be it my G30 or G19. Both about same size pistol with the 45 acp a few ounces heavier. Retired LEO. These holsters are much Better quality than my old denim and elastic go to Joeypouch holsters I used for years. Thanx again VNSH, 10 stars 🤠👍

I've got the same complaint that many others do...Order the holster, card is charged, bunch of spammy emails and then sit and wait to be told my order is on backorder. Then silence, no updates, no nothing. Emailed to inquire and no response. So, as for ordering, how they handle shipping, and overall communications, they need some serious improvement.
HOWEVER, three weeks after ordering my holsters and receiving nothing, I decided to stop with the emails and pick up the phone. Customer service answered, was polite, and provided the answers I wanted:
Where's my product?
It shipped a week ago.
Why didn't I receive an email with the tracking info?
We apologize for not sending that out, it must have been an oversight.
Can you send me that tracking info?
Sure thing and I'll give it to you over the phone as well.
Minutes later I had the tracking info and it's being delivered today.
I don't really believing that not sending out the original tracking email was an oversight, I think they have internal business structure issues as this is a small company started by some dude and it's grown beyond his ability to manage. He most likely has brought some of his buddies along for the ride and they have little to no actual business management skills or at least the skills needed to create a seamless operation at the scale/volume they're dealing with and this has compounded some of their growing pains.
I can't provide any feedback on the quality of the product or anything like that at this point, but will do so after they're delivered. I am hopeful that it's better than the ordering process.
Good product, NO customer service
I purchased a BOGO VNSH holster and also a lockbox. My card was charged 24 hours later. I began receiving multiple ads for other VNSH products, but no information about my order was supplied. After 5 weeks I emailed the company, no response. I gave them notice that I would dispute the purchase due to lack of delivery. I gave them an extra week, disputed the charges, and received the products 4 days later. I canceled the dispute and love the holster and lockbox. It is the most comfortable holster ever and I wear it continually. The poor customer service prevents me from recommending their products.
