Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews. Chinese company selling poor quality clothes which you have to return to China for a refund but they never receive them. Save your money, you have been warned.

Avoid this company like the plague, it’s taken me 8 weeks to get a full refund..
If anyone else is reading this who’s struggling to get a refund, go directly to your bank, they’ve got me a refund after multiple emails and letters stating the consumer act..

DODGY COMPANY !!!

I would advise against ordering from this company. It appears to be a London based business but is in fact in China and it is impossible to return items if they’re not right. The most you’ll receive is 30% of the value of the order and that’s after lots of extremely frustrating emails.

Lovely company and great team. Customer service from Nikki was exceptional. Very understanding and was keen to help which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much

I ordered a waterproof raincoat and it took 2+weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, it wasn’t at all like the picture on the site. It was supposed to be stone colour and waterproof. It was a brown/grey and the fabric was not waterproof. Also the stitching around the buttonholes was very poor.

I emailed Vntura to advise that I wanted to return the item. Vntura responded with an
offer of 10% refund and keep the coat or 50% voucher for their site. They also said that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the cost. I explained that I didn’t want the coat and shouldn’t have to pay to return it as it was not fit for purpose.

I was then offered 20% refund or 70% voucher. I wrote back reiterating that the item was not fit for purpose and advised that I would be contacting Trading Standards.
I have today received a further email offering a 30% refund or 100% voucher. It was further explained that the company had costs that needed to be covered so they couldn’t allow me to return the item for free. Is that MY concern??
What has happened to the concept of customer service?

The company is based in Guangdong Province in China

Awful !! Impossible to return the item ! I bough boots for £150 that were supposedly be leather and from company with the address in London .
3 weeks later the boots arrived , bulky not leather and not nice . I staring away asked how I can return .. no answer or finally an offer of buying another pair for £19.99 !!!!

I’ll be reporting them to the citizens consumer rights !

I had a couple of questions about the bag I was looking at so I emailed and had a very quick and thorough response from Nikki, thank you very much. Such a nice change to be able to get service like that. My bag arrived quickly and was exactIy as described. I will definitely use this site again.

Delivery came on time, really happy with it

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible company. I ordered 2 jackets which are really poorly made, the fit is completely wrong and not as pictured on the website. When I went to return them I was told I have to return them to their warehouse in China. The London address is a cover - nobody there. Lots of emails back and forth by someone called "Nikki" who is clearly using Chat GPT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe the positive reviews on here are being written by Vntura themselves. Dreadful clothes and dreadful customer service. I am hoping my bank will be able to claim my money back and I would love to report this company to Trading Standards.

This company will do all it can to avoid refunding your money if the item is the wrong size. Its refund policy is misleading and all returns have to go to China. They even warn you that they are unlikely to arrive! They will offer you a replacement size or a 20% refund and you keep the item. Unless you are very very sure, don’t order

Terrible returns process. Just lots of back and forth emails clearly written by chatGPT, doing everything in their power not to give me a refund. Very misleading returns policy with a UK address on when you actually have to return to China at your own expense. Would never buy from here again and massively regret doing so in the first place!!

Bought a dress for a wedding. Terrible quality, looks so cheap.
Emailed them and after a series of emails where they tried to get me to keep the dress for a partial refund they finally agreed to a return and then provided me with an address in China which I had pay for the post to send it. Then below it stated that many returns never reach them and they would encourage you return requesting store credit as this is a safer option.
Overall it's very clear they do not want to refund so I'm going to my bank to claim back.

When the brown lace up men’s shoes arrived we were really impressed, They were really amazing for the money my husband was very happy with them , They were really light and soft on the feet also looked very expensive, But I think that the delivery time should be considered we waited longer for delivery than we anticipated

the product i purchased {boots ) was very well made unlike a pair id bought from another company. just as described. I just had to wait a while to receive them but it was worth the wait.

Was expecting dress shipped in UK but came from abroad. No problems. Dress lovely, good quality, as described. No returns label or invoice in parcel but as I didn’t need to return it that was ok.

i found the service service support excellent when i ordered a XL coat as when it arrived it was too small. They promptly exchanged it for a 2XL explaining the terms & conditions. Unfortunately this was still too small and I have lost the costs of the coat and the shipping.
The size of the garments shipped from China bear no resemblance the that of Here. : I normally wear size Xl clothing but in this case I would have have to wear 3XL

Love the products I ordered from this store I wear them every day can’t wait to but the rest of their items
