Although I give them five stars for care whilst in hospital, I do not feel the same about aftercare. Not once has dr volcan asked how we are doing, if we have any worries or concerns. There is a WhatsApp group with co ordinators who think they know everything and are doctors and actually give out wrong information. I have done so much research myself and had help from a friend. I do find this appalling especially when it is supposed to come

I had a Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift and Lipo it was a traumatic experience. No UK rep was available, didn't see her until the day I was leaving. Not being able to communicate left me very vulnerable especially when my compression garment had slipped down and was crushing my ribs so badly I was faint from the pain.. nurses couldn't understand me and kept shouting at me to leave it alone. I was left in severe pain all night until surgeon came in morning and fixed the garment. I was told I couldn't have more water because the canteen was shut, I had had major surgery and was severely dehydrated, had to wait 4 hours for water. Hospital staff definitely have a problem with foreign patients, nobody was warm or kind and I was alone for major surgery. I woke up from surgery unable to move and in severe pain, the call button was placed out of my reach as was food on 2 occasions. I couldn't reach my phone and my family didn't know what had happened to me for 2 days. Hospital had no Aircon and there were noisy building works going on the whole time I was there. The worst thing was I was left to leave the hospital by myself 2 days after major surgery- no help packing my bags, no help getting to the taxi- which was 40 minutes late. I nearly fainted on the way out, drains etc still attached. They left a vascular access tube in my arm then sent me a Youtube video of how to remove it myself at the hotel. Food was not included as I was sold- only breakfast in the restaurant- I was too unwell to go to the restaurant had to pay for all food. Had to change flights as well as I wouldn't have felt safe arriving alone at 2am or having to change planes with a 3 hour wait alone 4 days after major surgery- ridiculous. I was dumped at the airport 7 hours before my flight. Surgeons were competent but cold I got the impression they thought I was really stupid, they didn't listen or understand what I wanted for my breasts so I have been left unhappy with them. It was not the state of the art experience I was sold and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Dr Volkan I just wanted to say thank you so much for giving me my life and confidence back, I am 4 weeks post op and have lost 2 stone already !! I’ve never been happier 😁 I am no longer taking medication for depression and I’m the happiest I have been in years ! You and your wonderful team at Vobe clinic saved my life!! and gave me a a wonderful happy healthy future to look forward to with my children. Having Gastric sleeve surgery was the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life, and all of your amazing team of staff made me feel very well looked after they are so professional and Pelin went above and beyond looking after me through the whole process from start to finish, she even took me shopping for the day 2 days after surgery which was amazing !! Safa too was a very lovely person and so kind and caring and cheedam the nurse on the ward who looked after me so well. I’m so glad I chose Vobe clinic it’s the best !!!! 🫶🏼

I had my surgery here with Dr Volcan, very pleasant and happy team, happy to help, everything I asked was fulfilled. My coordinator Safa was just amazing such a beautiful soul she went above and beyond she even went to the shops for me for things I needed, helped me in every possible way. The team come and see you regularly and the clinic is very clean and peaceful. I was so scared to be in a different country but nothing a translation app did not solve, I started worrying and having doubts and I was put at ease straight away. The testing before the operation compared to the UK is second to non. You are in safe hands they are with you every second of the way. I have spoken with my coordinator every day since my surgery she checks in often and reports to Dr. I had an issue with the shakes and we worked together to find a UK alternative. We also have a big UK support whats app group for all sleeved patients it is amazing!

Gastric sleeve surgery!
I was very anxious about travelling for surgery but Pelin the coordinator made me calm and once I was there the care was 110% the language barrier was a bit of a struggle but I used google translate and things were easier! Great surgeon great team and surgery went great! Xx

Was very happy with everything, didn't really have any pain except abit of gas, only thing I found difficult was the language barrier but I had a translater, I have no regrets what so ever so glad I went for it I've already lost over a stone in 2 weeks, everyone was so lovely an constantly checked I was ok

I can’t recommend Vobe Clinic enough. Everything went very smoothly from the airport to the hospital. I’m had very little post op pain and my recovery has been tremendous. Safa is fantastic at her job coordinating everything for me. I’ve already started recommending to others. You’re in safe hands.

Bariatric surgery - I arrived at the clinic feeling wary but was soon put at ease by dr volkans team and the man himself! I was well cared for with an excellent coordinator and my surgery went smoothly, I am recovering well with no complications and have lost 13 pounds one week post op! Go for it!

Friendly, professional and reassuring what more could you ask for, following a gastric sleeve operation I cannot fault Vobe clinic and their staff, someone was always there to talk to or to answer my questions.
Excellent service from the airport pick up to my surgery, felt I was in very safe hands and I was! Couldn’t fault them. Don’t hesitate to Vobe! I know I’ll be back for cosmetics in the near future!

I went to izmir Turkey to get smart lense replacement in both eyes I found vobe clinic online and spoke with the amazing Pelin told her what I was looking for she was fantastic at explaining everything to me and I was over the moon vobe could help get my sight back. I have struggled for years even with contacts and glasses. Pelin was available day or night whenever I had any questions she answered straight away. She organised vip transfer to get me and my partner from airport to hotel . We were picked up on day of operation by Pelin and her boss and taken to hospital. The staff at the hospital were also amazing I felt like royalty and my surgeon was absolutely amazing she really does work miricals she done my better eye on the Saturday which was also droopy so droopy I would never get my photo done she advised she could give me a lid lift to make both eyes symmetrical so when I went back on the Monday for my other eye done I also got the lid lift I honestly can’t recommend this company enough the service the give is unbelievable I now don’t need contacts and my vision is getting better day by day and everyone has commented about how much better my eyes look this is only one week pre op. If I want anything else done in the future this will definitely be the company I go to thank you all so much you will never understand just how grateful I am to all of you thank you all

Had my surgery on the 5th January, arrived on the 3rd hospital was clean and tidy, nurses were very nice, my English speaking co-ordinator was fantastic and still keep in contact now, surgery was quick and they followed up well, sent me home with lots of information, protein shakes and medication

Defo reccomend and was worth it I have currently lost 3 Stone
