We are a Kingston upon Thames Estate Agent and we have used Vocallity for our VOIP phones and Broadband now for 8 years and the service has always been outstanding. However 2 weeks ago we started having internet speed issues and I asked Eric what we could do about it as our download speed was 27 mbps and upload 1.7mbps, Eric recommended switching us over to Fibre as it is now available in our area and yesterday as coordinated by Vocallity, BT fitted the new cable and within minutes Eric linked this to our router and we instantly started getting Download speeds of 500mbps and upload of 70mbps.

The main reason I like working with Vocallity as a business owner is that I know I can call Eric or one of their support staff at any time and they will respond immediately, they may be a relatively small company but they really do deliver in spades they provide outstanding customer service and professionalism. Be careful as you won't be notified of bundling you into 3 years contract. Ridiculous

This is indeed unusual for me to personally write reviews or make recommendation, however I felt compelled on this occasion to share my experiences and thoughts with regards to a fantastic company (Vocallity). Being ever mindful of the major changes in telecommunications infrastructure and the pending switchover by 2025 to full IP/digital services I engaged with Eric Lewis of Vocallity to proffer, to us, solutions and costs to switch our hardwired, hardware and resource hungry telephone system to a fully IP solution. From the outset Eric, Mark and his team completely engaged with our Company and in a very short period of time offered a bespoke and cost effective solution. We as a Company, due to the nature of our business, have very complex telephony needs and Vocallity took the time to understand our businesses needs and expectations to offer a tailored solution. We agreed on a set-up, system and costs including call recording and analytics and agreed a set-up, pre-live system test and go live date, all of these milestones were achieved seamlessly, Eric was on site and/or on hand throughout these key milestones and worked with our IT systems engineers to achieve an uninterrupted, seamless go live switchover. I can not recommend Eric, Mark and his team at Vocallity enough. We are now enjoying the cost savings from our old conventional telecom system and infrastructure and the new cloud based/virtual system works perfectly. Thanks Eric, Mark and the whole Vocallity team.

After almost three years with Vocallity I have been so satisfied with the service provided that I am taking additional products from them. Can't rate them high enough for customer service and quality of service provision.

They set up our new build office with new phones and broadband at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by BT. Mark, in particular, is excellent and I really like that I have one person as a contact and with his guidance, we have been able to continue to use our office phone lines while we are working at home. Fantastic and really excellent value for money service.

We have used Vocallity for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else... Mark and his team provide exceptional customer service and explain the technical jargon in a way that this technophobe understands.
