They practice what they preach

If you know you want to get into owning vacation rentals, this is the best place to start. They give you all the best advice, lots of coaching, free weekly Q&A calls and a community of owners eager to help each other. I bought their "course" over two years ago. I now own 4 vacation rentals in California. They are all doing very well thanks to all the help that I recieved from Shaun and his team.

Now, this is not a get rich quick scheme. I had money that I was willing to invest to purchase homes and convert them to rentals. I put lots of hard work, thought and time into these homes.
