From my intial meeting with Shane and Shaun, they made me feel completely at ease. I was 100% confident that they would do an amazing job with my website and and my goodness me, they really have!
Not only are Shane and Shaun amazing at what they do, they know their subject matter inside and out, they are professional, relatable and completely wonderful.They have helped me launch my company and been there for me everyday to answer any questions I may have had. They have also been instrumental in helping me establish my brand further. They have designed items of uniform, marketing leaflets, business cards, packaging and much more, all for fabulous prices. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Having these two wonderful people on board has certainly saved me so much time, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Superb 5* service right from the very start, and ongoing to this very day. Thankyou for investing so much time in me.

Absolutely amazed at the knowledge and experience of the team at Vogal. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will and have recommended them again.

Ok, so when having met Vogal Design through a mutual friend, the meeting went well, I was promised the earth as you would expect.

The website was built within a matter of minutes once payment and confirmation received. But the Typesetting, grammar and the spelling mistakes had to be pulled on a number of occasions .

When asking people of their thoughts on the website, one person commented "It's very amateurish, it looks like it's been built by the Chuckle Brothers". Generally speaking though, this was the jist of the comments ... Hmm ... Not what I wanted to hear!

The website never worked proper, photo's went missing, freeze up, emails did'nt work etc and more importantly it did'nt work on phones either.

Domain names was paid for .... Payment was taken, but the domain names was not registered. (Is this fraud?)

Google advertising was arranged too which never generated into a single call, email or text message ?????

Email and text messages was ignored on a number of occasions .... Not being there full time profession this would make sense now. (I did'nt know this at the time)

I've tried to resolve this dire service by giving them a chance to refund "some of the monies" which I think is reasonable but to no avail and I could go on but .....

I have all the info, emails and text messages from start to finish to back up this review.
Having received (legal action) threats from Vogal Design for/if posting an honest review not that they have any redress!

I have asked for this website to be taken down but still appears on their clients page, I'm now seeking a new webdesigner
