The goods ordered are VERY different…

The goods ordered are VERY different than on the ads.
It is a great hassle to send it back across countries.
Also it took 4 emails back and forth without the coustomer service showing understanding that 1- the product was NOT as described ( I have shown proof in the email ) To sell a different product than advertised is against regulations. 2- the product was so poorly manufactured the threads were hanging loose.
I still needed to pay for the return shipment.
This is plain stealing and decieving.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVISE

Wrong measurements

Wrong measurements. They sent the number I asked for, but in reality they are much smaller. I sent them a message asking how I can exchange it, but they haven't replied. I'm losing €50 but I hope everyone sees the amount of complaints! Crap company, it won't last long.

I have reached out to customer service…

I have reached out to customer service twice and have not received a response. The size selection is off by at least two sizes. The shoes I ordered at too large. I need to exchange them.

My orthopaedic trainers arrived within the shipping timeframe and were neatly packaged. They look very fashionable and are comfortable. I needed to follow up with customer service - Ann and Leila were a delight to deal with. Thank you to the Vogany team for the professional service.

This company is NOT to be trusted

EDIT:
To my delight, a representative of Vogany had read my review here on Trustpilot & have offered me, and completed, a full refund on the purchased item. It's my hope that they'll action on the feedback regarding shoe sizing, as clearly there is a quality control issue with these. But that said, I'm very grateful to them for reaching out and coming good on a full refund for me.

This company is NOT to be trusted.
Shoes arrived too small, despite measuring my foot to make sure I was selecting the correct size. They offered a partial refund and to keep shoes. I wanted full refund & to return shoes. It was going to cost me twice the value of the shoe to return it from New Zealand to France, even though they had been dispatched it from Hong Kong. There is nothing on their website that tells you they are a France-based company. Unless you live in France and can afford return postage, I would recommend you avoid this business.

Buyer beware:

Buyer beware:
- nothing about these are “orthopedic” The insole is non-existent
- they were a full size smaller than a normal 8.5 and I have narrow feet
- exhange/refund policy is terrible, took a 15% refund as will cost too much to send back to France!
- customer services responses are slow (probably because of backlog as I am sure everyone tries to return).

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I ordered a medium and what arrived is a size uk 4-6 at best.
Have tried emailing twice to no response, I suspect as many other people have said they are trying to delay replying to ensure it is out of the 14 day return window. A return address that you cannot find anywhere online is a big red flag.
Avoid this company at all costs.

The sizing was out and no reply from CS to be able to return

The sizing was out, much too small. When I tried to instantly return I had no reply from customer service, despite multiple tries. Now stuck with trainers that don't fit.

My Travel Companion

I just got back from a trip where I was on my feet a lot, and these shoes were perfect. Walked around for hours each day, and my feet didn’t hurt once. They’re light and easy to pack, so I’ll definitely bring them on future trips. Love that they’re stylish enough to go with any outfit too.

Fast Shipping but Could Be Faster

Shipping was pretty quick, but not lightning fast. My order came in just over a week, which isn’t bad, but I expected it sooner. The free shipping is a bonus though, so I can’t really complain.

Buyer beware on the return policy

Buyer beware on the return policy. The shoes I bought were made of plastic and other cheap material. I cannot walk in shoes with a plastic sole. They offered to refund 15% or send shoes back at my own expense to get a credit only. quality is poor as is the refund policy

Vogany trousers


I ordered Vogany trousers. The material which they are made of is so thin. I could wear them in the heat of summer but I simply cannot wear them at this time of year because I will feel very cold. I would not even wear them as pyjama bottos.
I feel that at £31 they are simply not worth buying. I would not recommend them and feel that I have wasted £31.

Poor service

Poor service. Bought trainers, too small, wanted to return to get a refund but no response from contact at vogany address. Have emailed 3 times now.
Very disappointing! Stuck with trainers that I can't wear now....

Do not buy, not as described

I order a pair of what we're described as orthopedic trainers for £35, which before ordering tried to find out where the shipping was from, as never heard of the website before. I couldn't see this but decided to go ahead as I liked the look of these on pintest. As soon as I got the notification of shipping and saw China I was very wearly of what the quality would be like, and my surspersions where right. I ordered a size 3, and these are like a 2.5 just about get my feet in they claim these are ultra comfortable, I wore these on the school run, they are not comfortable and rubbed the back of my foot, these are NOT orthopedic, but cheaply made, poor quality over priced cheap tat, more likely to course your feet problems. Don't waste your money do not buy from this site.

Bad service

I ordered the back brace from them

I ordered the back brace from them. I emailed them for an exchange because it was way too small. (sizes are misleading) and they said I would be able to exchange. I tried too many times to get them to send me a return label and 2 months later still no response. Don’t order from this company.

I ordered shoes that did not the fit and wanted to return. I have sent 3 emails and 2 communications on the website. I still have not received any response. They have a 14 day return window which expires imminently. Terrible customer service!!! Will never buy from them again!!!
