FRAUD Careful, not a Swiss Company
On May 16th, 20 days after ordering, I received a fake vest from the company that looked like it was made in Switzerland. On May 17th, I sent an email with the pictures of the vest that are on their website and the fake vest they’ve sent me. On May 20th, the employee Nora supposedly spoke to them and was able to give me a 5% discount for the missing belt, which is ridiculous. I wrote back and asked for the address to return the garment. They did not provide an address, tried to explain that it was difficult to send it back because the goods were in China and there was no guarantee of the money being refunded. I had to write 5 times, she said the company agreed to refund the money of 49.95 Swiss francs (no address for the return), had to write back and say that 9 days have passed since then and I see nothing in my bank account. She wrote back on June 3rd and said there was a mistake that happened that way. I wrote back on June 6th saying I still haven't gotten the money back. I haven't heard from them since. This is TOTAL FRAUD.
