DO NOT ORDER FROM VOGUISHLI. I ordered briefs and they sent the incorrect sizes. They refused to send the correct ones I ordered, and only offered me a 25% refund (originally only a 10% refund). See the “customer service” texts below:

The return shipping cost is quite expensive, which is not cost-effective for us. We do not expect to earn money on your order and we just hope we will not lose too much. Because it need expensive postage to return, that's not cost effective for both of us.

The items I ordered arrived after 5-6 weeks, appearing nothing like the pictures that were marketed online. The pants and shirts were all cheap, the sizing way off! The company refused to give me a refund for the merchandise, after I asked several times. Instead, the only agreement they came to was to give me a partial refund. They told me the after-service ended there and refused to do any exchanges. Absolutely do not order from this company.

Three out of five pieces of merchandise were sent in incorrect sizes. Only 20% refund was offered. Do not order anything from this company.

Company refuses to honor their exchange policy. Items arrived way too small and they offered me a 10% refund and keep the items. This place is horrible and should be shut down asap

Never got my package. The company would not even send a replacement order or give me my refund. Don't do business with this company out of China . They really suck. My order number was KUN1014499813.

Company refuses to honor their return and refund policies as written on their website. Products were a couple of sizes too small and unbearable.

Well thank you all for the review, I almost spent $500 here. I noticed the size chart was different for every item, not sure if that's part of the problem, but I'll save my coins.

Shameless ripoff. Ordered a glittering two piece received a plane pair of dark grey tracksuit pants and a white T-shirt with grey speckles cheaply printed on it. Actually insulting. Beyond disgraceful. Everything that’s bad about Internet shopping.

Voguishli has HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they send this shirt in the wrong size but another shirt in the same order the wrong size as well. Ordered a small and got sent a medium and a large. When attempting to get the order corrected they suggested that I keep the shirts that I can’t wear bc they are too big, and offer a 10% partial refund on just the butterfly shirt that I can’t wear not even acknowledging the other shirt that got sent to me in a large. Then when I wouldn’t except it they increased the partial refund offer to 20% and offered a 40% discount to reorder the shirts so they can send me the same size. So they wanted to give me partial of a refund of just one of the shirts and then ask me to spend even more money to reorder the same shirts in the same size so they can send me the correct size. I naturally said no and when I doubled down in them sending me the correct sizes they claimed the butterfly shirt was sold out in a size small which I proved to them that it wasn’t sold out. I told them I was going to report the charges to my bank and they asked for my not to do it and just accept a full refund for one of the shirts. The TRASH “customer service” I received was appalling and unbelievable. No moral or business ethics exist with this company.

Sadly ordered two items from this company. Ordered a 5XL they sent a 3XL, if that wasn’t bad enough the T-shirt didn’t have an any rhinestones which was $56.98 for a T-shirt that is worth a fiver at most. Having to raise an issue with my credit card company.

I ordered a shirt 4XL, after 3 weeks of asking for a tracking #, the item arrived but it was a 2XL. I'm a size 4XL. I ask them to refund 100%, they offered 20% and then 40% refund only. I refused advised them I need 100% or send another shirt the right size. They then acknowledge they were sold out of 4XL. So it was obvious to me they sent out a 2XL size shirt knowing they had more
4XL available. They are a fraud company ( VOGUISHLI ) don't order from them. They will not refund even when they made the mistake....I reported them to BBB and FTC and the The Shop App to remove their Store from their list of Shopify Users....

didn't get the pants, no refund and no communication.

Don't buy from this company.

Update: I sent them an email where I threatened to contact PayPal, Master Card, Visa about them. I also said I would contact the FTC about their business practices and make it my mission for them to never sale products in the US and file a civil lawsuit against them. Within 5 hours of them receiving my email I received a 100% refund. It is a shame I had to take such actions to get them to do the right thing.

I ordered two shirts size medium. I received a 5xl and a small. I asked for a return label or full refund. Over five days they said keep the shirts, which I cannot wear, and refund went from 10 to 35%. I said either fulfill your contract or refund my money 100%. Obviously they will not do it. I have ask my credit card company to get involved, I have requested Facebook to investigate since they advertise on Facebook, also posting on Twitter and Instagram not to deal with these thieves.

I purchased a sweater and was very disappointed. Poor quality, color was different, material was uncomfortable. Do not recommend, as I was not able to get a full refund either.

I contacted voguishli via email on Dec. 6, 2023 and because they didn't bother to reach out to me I had to involve PayPal. I ordered a sweater in black size 5xl, they sent me a T-shirt with lace sleeves and sparkly Santa wine glass on the front. So this is why I give a 1 star rating. I've written reviews on the voguishli website twice and they've removed both. Find a more reputable company that won't scam you.

Stay away from this company!!!
I ordered 2 products ("Blue and black plaid micro-elastic slim-fitting pants" and "Color block holes coat"). Both were supposed to be a size Small but they sent me a 3XL coat and XL pants. Surprisingly, they have been responding to my emails but they will not send a return label nor provide a full refund despite what the return policy states on the website. They keep asking me to accept a 30% refund and keep the products. I've replied a few times stating I have no use for these products due to the size so I want a full refund. I'm having to dispute this charge to my credit card. My research has revealed this company is part of a much larger group of online scammers.

The size didn't fit me the first time I bought it, so I returned it. When I buy later, I will contact customer service to help me choose the size. They are all perfect.

This website is an absolute scam, received wrong item in wrong size, and they wouldn’t reply to my emails.
Worse website ever

I received the item in the wrong size, terrible quality. Returns cannot be made. I have sent several messages that are ignored. This website is a scam, I do not recommend it.
