I've never used software as bad as voice.ai. My memory is consumed by 95%. HEY! customer complaints are not heard, community features pending review. What is this?

Garbage. Garbage, Garbage, Garbage. The MAJORITY of voices except for the two main sample voices that are already-pre-trained sound like garbage, with the female voice STILL sounding buggy and bad.

With all of that said, you're better off paying for the highest tier of ElevenLabs and using that with an API instead. This app is rubbish.

If you really want voice.ai to work, prepare to pay them thousands of dollars. It's rubbish.

1. My voice sample probably got stolen.
2. Output of any celeb was just not working.
3. It wanted to save the voice file to my SYSTEM folder ( why ? )

I should have payed attention to the style of the presenter in the youtube video, titled: "Voice.ai tutorial and demo. (read description)"

voice.ai is a piece of fecal matter of the worst kind. Nothing but click bait, and it doesn't work (Unless you pay). It will convert your voice to a generic voice that is supposed to be something you can change to say "Donald Trump" - but only if you pay. Not worth the time when there is stuff that is so much better out there.

The Elon Musk Video is a fake and this software is obviously not legit either.
Uploaded voices sound awful and they either want your money or PC power to keep you using the software.
Avoid.

High quality audio, never experienced tech like this before. Well done to the Voice.ai team!

I downloaded the demo version and was really impressed. That was until I closed and restarted it. When first opening the app it takes a few seconds to start. I had an issue after some tests runs and closed and restarted it again. Interestingly upon restart it opened where I left off. Closing it again I reopened it and still the same screen I left off. This told me that after I close it, it's still running in the background. I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to force a shutdown and there it was, running. There was a (9) next to it which made me wonder if it was operating 9 other processes in the background. It works as stated but there is NO WAY I'm going to link my PayPal account to this. Too sketchy. Someone mentioned data mining in the background. I can't say that for sure but why is it still running in the background when I close it, and the only way to truly close it is by C+A+D? One other thing.... when I installed it I chose "not to open when booting the computer", but when I rebooted, it still opened on its own!!! I had to go to my startup settings and turn that off manually. Like I said... SKETCHY.

Voices aren't clear. 4-5 second delay on best performance mode. Doesn't configure well with some online games like DotA 2 MW2.

Don't mind paying for the pro version or the tokens if the voices were actually clear and get generated instantly while using it during gameplay.

Just look at this Trustpilot 5 stars review! They are fake! This product has broken my computer twice and is using third-party technology with 0 innovation. 100% copy. How? They just copy other voice changers like clownfish and morphbox and try to get people's money and sell it as "unique" product. Then their app doesn't work and breaks your PC, and they are "sorry".
My suggestion? Feel it by yourself. Test it, give it a try and experience it by yourself but save all your information before doing it in a safe place or external hard drive. I contacted support and no answer was received.

Me and my friends have been having so much fun playing around with this. You can basically create little sound snippets that you record with your voice and it turns it into the voice of a celebrity or cartoon character with stunning accuracy, that you can then send on Discord or Whatsapp. So you can tell things to people as Morgan Freeman or Rick from Rick and Morty etc :D Super fun. There's also a live mode to use in games and Twitch but I don't stream.

Horrible product, horrible company - stay away

This app is a scam, BE CAREFUL! They are using your PC to mine cryptocurrency and their technology doesn't work in real time. They say is free but because they are using you!! CARE!

This app is total garbage. Don't waste your time or money. Buggy as hell, confusing, non-intuitive interface, many features fail to work, search tools suck. You will spend time uploading and creating a voice and then not be able to find it in search. This app is trash.
