A fantastic invention

As a tourist guide suffering from voice strain, I was having trouble in situations where I was trying to talk through background noise and this was making my condition worse. My speech therapist recommended the Voice Amplifier, a fantastic piece of kit. I can talk using my normal voice without straining to make myself heard. Another huge advantage is that the sound can be adjusted so that only my group can hear me and it's not having an impact on anyone else nearby. A brilliant invention. Thank you!

An excellent product for those with vocal problems

Sometimes something going wrong makes the difference in whether a company is going to be awful or excellent. There was a problem with my charger and once that this had been replaced, I was able to use my Voice Amplifier and Voice Aid has made such a difference. I can now be heard on the phone and don't have to shout. I had excellent customer service throughout, and although I was a bit nervous on using it go begin with, I needn't have worried. The instructions are clear and I bought an extra piece of equipment the throat/neck band microphone for speaking on mobile phones. This wasn't just a way to bump up my bill and I really didn't mind paying for it as it made things much better. You don't need to use the volume high - in fact it makes it much worse to do so. I also don't need to shout. My mum said my voice now sounds like it used to, and has much more contrast than sounding like a squeaky mouse! I would highly recommend Voice Aid - for the quality of the product and excellent customer service, you really do get your money's worth, plus you don't have to pay VAT if the product is personally for you - not for a company. My Speech Therapist had recommended Voice Aid, and I do too.

A grateful and an unexpected experience

My experience with Voice Aid could not have been better. All parties were willing to help me through this purchase. Truly an amazing company with a cutting edge technology at a fair price. Every promise that was offered me was without question full filled timely.
May I further say, that this was a gift to an advanced MS patient that now can be final heard by family, friends, and care workers.
