This was an excellent 5-day course on…

This was an excellent 5-day course on UCCE Adminstration & Troubleshooting. Even if you have been working in a UCCE environment for a few years, this course will benefit you and you WILL learn new things that you may have always wondered about. Faisal brings everything together in an orderly and easy-to-understand way consistently referring back to the Cisco call flow which is very important in solidifying your administration and troubleshooting knowledge. The use of the VoiceBootcamp lab was great since it gave us the chance to fully administer our own Cisco UCCE environment and when you do it yourself, you learn it! I am looking forward to my next VoiceBootcamp class!
