i loved this app/discord server because the staff were amazing and responded with a perfect answer to all of my questions every time i asked within 30 seconds , i also enjoyed the kindness of all the staff and mods ,thanks for helping me find what i was looking for.

The program only grants you very basic tools, below the level of free software on the market - the impressive voices you hear in demos are simple premise ones which you cannot edit, and can’t make with the inbuilt tools.
So I’d you’re looking for something unique or a tool to make your own voice, better look elsewhere.

UI is top notch - but hopefully they give you more extensive creation tools in future, considering it’s a paid program.

I used to love this app but over the last 6-8 months it's been crashing daily, sometimes it won't load at all or work properly for days and even a week at a time until randomly one day it just poof works again.

I've gone through every single last one of their support steps, uninstalled all the way, reinstalled, newest versions, sent my data files to their support to have them check it out, double checked all of my firewalls and antivirus software, nothing is jacked up except this program.

Also, sometimes when I start it up, it just randomly reinstalls itself, maybe this is how a new version gets implemented but that is extremely unorthodox because it goes through the same process as a brand new program being installed would. Maybe this one of the roots of the problems this program has.

Idk what exactly is wrong with this program but it's always wigging out, bugs, errors, glitches, slow to load, takes up a TON of PC usage, like seriously go open up your task manager while VM is running, especially when it's glitching out and look at the usage. Mine was at 92% PC usage the other day and it kept opening up multiple instances of it too that were also pulling PC usage separately. It did this infinitely until I force closed it.

When I got the pro version of this program it was like $100 or something like that for a single one time purchase for life. Which stated I would get 100% of the features it had now and all the new features that came out in the future. Now I can see it's some sort of monthly payment they are collecting from people, so I am happy that I got in early but now I am starting to think maybe everyone who came in on that deal is getting screwed over because I am having so many issues, and I constantly get asked to input my pro ID or whatever it is, so maybe VM just sent out bugged files to all of the people who got that one time deal. (just a theory)

Another reason I believe that to be the case, is that when I open it up sometimes, it says in the bottom right corner "Get Voicemod Pro" but still shows I am logged in. My pro features will be greyed out, until I physically open my account through the button on the program and it opens a tab on a browser and close the program and re open it. Then it registers that I am actually already pro and I get all my features back. It is really strange.

With all of this said, I know it sounds like I am just curb stomping this program right now, but deep down I just wish it would work correctly because I LOVE it. The voices sound amazing and soundboard feature is epic, it's heart breaking that the app seems to be broken 90% of the time, especially since I dropped $100 or so on it.

At the time of writing this review the program won't even load all the way, it's stuck on an outline where I can see all the buttons but nothing is clickable, so I can't even pull my User ID. This is why I ultimately came here to finally write a review.

I would definitely recommend it when it's working, but until the devs or whoever runs this company understands that keeping your current loyal customers happy is #1 I cannot ethically recommend this program any longer unfortunately.

If this changes and I stop having all of these issues on such a regular basis then I will change my review gladly.

Used to be your biggest fan.

It was fun but now doesn't work, I have to stop using it. Devs need to stop trying to push new stuff and make sure it works, I can't even put my PC to sleep without it crashing. Got the program+pro back in mid-2020, it is in a much worse state than then.

I recently wiped my PC entirely, so I lost my account info on Voicemod. I was charged for my subscription of course as time passed and I had no access to my account so I decided to email the support team about it. I was given fast customer service and I gave minimal information to which they worked with perfectly fine and I have received my refund. Really efficient.

Amazing software. Very useful for streaming and at a very affordable once only price! Customer service is speedy and extremely helpful. All my friends love the random sounds and voice modulations. I will continue to use this service for many years to come. Keep up the amazing work!

Prefer Voicemod over Voicemeeter, the interface is better, it's easier to setup and keeps getting new and fresh features almost every month. I like the new feature where you can use your phone to control it.

Gave quick, succinct help and was very friendly in doing so. Would definitely bother again with bad IT questions

Outstanding Support.

I had a couple of Problems with Voicemod on my PC which were very specific (as things are with PCs) and it took quite a while but the support is very knowledgeable unlike most others, who are just callcenter people. These guys know what they are talking about and I really appreciate the great support. As someone mentioned, they even support Windows Insider Builds with specialized software. This is outstanding.

Had an issue caused by a recent update to Windows Insider (basically the beta version of Windows), that caused the app not to work. Tech support was ON IT and provided me a patch build that got it working again, until they can fully address the issue. They went above and beyond with their explanation.

So, charging you for the software works flawlessle, when the software stops working, then support (friendly btw) it's basically useless. They provide know solutions that you can find on unofficial forums and/or youtube.

Support response is way too slow, if you use this software for streaming, then use VST Pitch and EQ Audio plugins for OBS instead.

I REALLY like the software but the fact that stops working and obviously they have no idea why, makes the software uselss.

Their refund policy is BAD also, as you pay for months in advance, and it stops working.

I was having some issues with Voicemod, The support person really helped me by suggesting different fixes and the person was very helpful. Thank you Voicemod team.

Amazing customer service and very cool features. Voicemod PRO is definitely worth it. You can get custom meme sounds and you can change your voice. And there's much more great features.

Hi I'm Dave Miller someone who used VoiceMod in a Long Time, I had a problem With it but The Supporters were really Nice and king they helped me Fixing it and it worked they're methods!

thanks for bringing back being able to make custom voices without pro using voicemod and making and testing voices is pretty fun.

The product is excellent and the Customer Support is just awesome. It went beyond my excpectations. Kind, fast and reliable.
To have a good product is one thing, but to have a very good Customer Support and experience is another.
At voicemod they have both !

Sound board works great. Support got back to me right away when I had a problem.

I thought it'd be cool to have a voice changer for Discord and games, so I purchased the lifetime option for Voicemod. It was definitely worth it, there are a lot of options to choose from. I had to email Voicemod once, and they got back fairly quickly. They offered help, and I concluded my problem with ease. I highly recommend that this is your go-to for a fun voice changer.
