A lot of features for the price point, very good support

A lot of features for the price point, and even though it can take a while to get used to all the functionality, and the interface can be initially daunting, not the friendliest UI, the support in particular (Mano is whom I usually talk to) is great - quick, patient and thorough. Webphone works well, calls are clear.

The service was flawless, tech support were very helpful porting the numbers and the web portal is very intuitive
