Outstanding Service

The package with the equipment arrived very promptly. It was easy and quick to set up. The instructions were precise. The service of the phone system is outstanding. While I have only been using it for a short while. I am very satisfied so far and would recommend it to anyone needing a second line. The cost is a real bargain, I believe I will be with this company for years to come.

A generally positive experience

Franz, who helped me set up the Opal router was incredibly helpful. I could not have set it up on my own, even with step-by-step instructions and how-to videos. Voiply speaks PC not Mac.

Honesty and professionalism

Honesty and professionalism. Due to personal problems just now connecting the service. The installation was as simple as following the instructions. Wil read terms later will not rush thought them. The only clinch is the lack of a help phone no. in the box. I will phone to confirm my understanding of the billings etc. Do you have an affiliate program?

Easy to install the Voiply box

I received the Voiply box, easily installed it following the directions, and I was ready to go! The box was just like the one I had from Vonage, so it was easy to swap out the wires and begin saving more money on my VoIP telephone bill. I also appreciate the Voiply app on my cell phone!
