I am new to VOIP technology
I am new to VOIP technology. The technical support guy is really helpful. I love how my mobile phone is an extension to my "landline" meaning that I can still pick up a call if I'm out and about. The only thing I would say on the negative side is that the mobile apps are a little flaky. Otherwise so far a great experience.

The reason and ex pat like myself uses VOIP is because they live in a 2nd country and very likely to have CCs from original country if from USA since in other countries you have to pay a monthly fee for the CC.

Amazing service
Really great service with fantastic customer support. With Skype closing their doors, I wanted to port my Skype In number somewhere and was recommended VOIPstudio.

Professionally handled porting experience
The porting experience for both our Skype numbers went very smoothly, with excellent support feedback.
Calls so far have been very clear, clearer than they were through Skype.
Platform overall has many different options and controls, which I like.

Customer service was super
Customer service was super. I called just to understand more about the software and they guided me in 5 minutes for the free trial for a month and I was up and running to make calls. Since I’m calling from Europe to the US and I tried other companies in the past I was always worried about quality of sound and delays. But no issues at all. 2 days after trial I purchased the license as it’s also a very fair amount.
