Uwais assisted me with finding a new supplier but failed to mention that the commission charged is included in the agreed unit rate! If my consumption of electric is more than estimated then he gets more commission!!

At no point did Uwais mention this to me prior to agreeing the contract. When i asked Uwais why i was not advised of this he said it was included in the contract!
I believe you should be advising your customers of this yourself and not just read the small prints!

They dealt recently with my switch for utility supply contract. I found them to be professional, helpful and focused to my business needs rather than pushing products.

I have been using this companies services for the last 4 years. One of the great things of dealing with them is their proactive approach.
