From the phone call to Margaret to the arrival of Liam to sort the boiler was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Brian came to the rescue this morning and got the boiler up and running . He gave us great tips about the boiler. Very professional and friendly.

The Engineer(Niall) was very good and fixed the issues promptly and expertly. Highly recommended.

As a long established customer of Vokera's and have an ongoing annual service contract, I have never been let down by the Company. Our appointed engineer Brian was excellent. He loves his boilers!! His knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail was next level. Only downside was length of time (10 days) it took from troubleshoot, to parts delivery and finally to resolution.

Vokera boiler vision plus 30s , fitted 3 years ago and had failed system pressure sensor , didn’t cover warranty because missed one service,
Very poor and cheap build quality boilers , aluminium and brass parts replaced by cheap plastic parts, avoid it all cost, regretted now have business with vokera.

Easy to book. Prompt and reliable service.

Gary just carried out the annual service of my Vokera boiler. All good now thanks to regular servicing and maintenance.

Prompt response, issue fully fixed

Brian, the engineer called and promptly identified the problem with my boiler and proceeded to repair it, without issue. He's pleasant and very helpful guy and I got the impression there's nothing he doesn't know about the boilers. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and I'll be looking for him to come and service the boiler this time next year

Very helpful and friendly customer service, which is always a good sign when dealing with any company. Engineer arrived Gary was his name, very pleasant man and dealt with the issue very quickly and gave some very good advice for ensuring the system continues to run smoothly. Very professional.
