The quality of the coffee has dropped drastically. Such a shame, it was my favourite, but the last two deliveries have been very disappointing. A big change in the flavour and performance of the beans.

Ordered the special edition citrus spritz and although passable, I'm glad I didn't order more than one. I love the standard Mountain Blend, including the smell of the beans if I give the bag the odd squeeze, but, although some will love it, for me this one doesn't have the same effect on my nostrils or tastebuds.

Amazing - best coffee ever

I buy the Mountain Blend Coffee Beans to use in my bean to cup machine at home and they are brilliant, but I work between 2 or 3 construction sites at a time and have Nespresso machines on each of them so thought I would try the same blend in their Coffee Pods and have been left very disappointed.

I don't know if it is something to do with the compostable design, but they just get stuck in the machine and you never get the correct amount of water coming through them. I have tried them in 2 different Nespresso machines (different models of machine too) so far and have had the same problem.

Just to check it wasn't the machine, I switched back to Nespresso pods and had no issues.

Such a shame as their coffee is really good, but this clearly needs looking at and improving.

Incredibly good coffee. I like the lighter roasts and the beans I get through my Volcano subscription just go from strength to strength, with unique and delicious flavours delivered every month

Just an exceptional service and some of the most flavourful coffees I’ve had in recent years. I’m currently working my way through the different varieties of bean on offer but the Delta Blend is an absolute winner.

One ask: different designs of coffee tins so I can house my Volcano collection 😀

Very swift service, great product pricing and exceptional coffee

Have tried various single origin and blends of coffee from different companies. The absolute best is the Mount Blend from Volcano Coffee Works. Amazing as an espresso or with milk and is highly enjoyable at any time if the day. I cannot recommend this blend highly enough. The customer service is also first class.

Website was easy to use, you had what I wanted and it came without fuss in good time.

Simply fantastic coffee and currently it’s not costing me any extra due to buying a coffee machine with 6 months of Volcano coffee thrown in. It’s the best coffee I’ve ever tasted but if anything it’s spoiled any other cup of coffee I have anywhere else as nothing else can compare. Completely justified an expensive bean to cup machine.

A volcano works subscription is a great convenience - wonderful coffee delivered to my door just when I need it!

Very nice coffee, delivered on time with tracking and email notifications. Nice complimentary sample coffee bags included.
One very minor moan, you mentioned a clip to keep the coffee bag sealed, but this wasn't in the box. Not a big issue at all as the coffee is great

Wonderful selection of coffee from different parts of the globe,been trying all the different flavours which are fantastic smooth & easy on the palate 👍

I made a mistake with my subscription and it was rectified almost immediately cannot fault the customer service. The coffee is absolutely wonderful. Full marks.
